A PRIME Van completed a delivery on Thursday on East Drive in Point Pleasant Boro, New Jersey, between 2-4 pm. Although the area has a 25 mph speed limit and is a dead end, the driver was observed speeding at 45 to 50 mph. The author, while outside, tried to alert the driver by standing in the street to no avail as the driver continued at a reckless pace. The license plate of the van is reportedly Penn. plate number ZMZ [redacted]. The author expressed concern for the safety of children in the neighborhood, especially with Halloween approaching. They would like Prime to be aware of this incident, and can be reached at [redacted], with the hope that Prime will take appropriate action regarding the driver's behavior.

As a Prime member, I expect my orders to arrive within 2 days. On October 13, I ordered a pair of Birkenstock Sandals which have yet to arrive. I am disappointed with the shipping delay, especially since the package seems to be coming from China. The original delivery date was October 31, but now it's been pushed to November 6. I fear it may get delayed further. It's frustrating to encounter issues like this when using outside vendors, especially ones from China. I urge Amazon to prioritize American sellers for a more reliable delivery service. My experience has shown that problems often arise when dealing with outside vendors, which is concerning given my Prime membership. I hope Amazon can ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience for its Prime members in the future.

My Amazon account experienced fraudulent activity. Unauthorized orders were placed and charged to my credit card. I did not receive the items and haven't been refunded. As a result, my account is locked, and I can't access features like Audible or my order history. I have been unable to reach an account specialist despite being promised a callback within 24 hours, which never happened after two attempts. It has been over a month, my account remains locked, and the refunds are pending. I am frustrated by the lack of response and assistance from Amazon in resolving this issue.

I recently purchased The Body Shop Carrot Cream Nature Rich Daily Moisturizer on October 23, [redacted], via Order No. [redacted]-[redacted] from World Super Store for ₹1,[redacted]. Initially, the delivery was scheduled between October 30 and November 2, but I did not receive the order. After several failed attempts and notifications, I discovered that the order was mistakenly sent to a different recipient in Agra with a different name and address, not mine in Mumbai. Despite receiving an alert that the package was delivered directly to the owner, I did not receive anything. I contacted the courier, DTDC, and realized the mix-up. I urge Amazon to investigate and either deliver the item to me or refund the money promptly. This error is unacceptable, and I hope for a quick resolution. I have been a loyal Amazon customer for a long time and truly enjoy shopping on your website. This morning, I encountered an issue trying to purchase a Fire Stick. After finding a promotion offering the device for $24.99 with promo code 4KFIRETV, I added it to my cart, but the code did not apply. I reached out to customer service via chat and the representative was very patient. After some troubleshooting, it was discovered that I already used a different promo in September, causing the new code not to work. Despite the confusion and wasted time, the main concern is that the invalid pop-up appeared on my account and led to losing my previous promotion. I was recently charged for a shirt that I returned through Wardrobe, mistakenly indicating I hadn't returned it. I am requesting a refund as Amazon has possession of the shirt. Initially, I believed one shirt was missing from my order and proceeded to keep one while returning the rest. Later, I discovered the missing shirt inside another box and included it in my return of 7 shirts. I assumed Amazon would find the additional shirt, unaware of how to correct my error. I placed an order for a pair of sandals on October 1st with order number [redacted]. I requested a return, but the item has not been collected yet. I recently canceled my Prime account due to ongoing delivery issues with Amazon drivers. Despite having no problems with UPS, FedEx, or USPS deliveries, Amazon consistently fails to deliver packages correctly. I reluctantly signed up for a trial again during the holidays, only to have my very first order not arrive as promised. Although the tracking status claimed delivery was attempted, I was home, and my apartment complex has a dedicated mailroom utilized by all residents. This recurring problem of inaccurate delivery notifications was present in my previous account, leading to frustrating situations like being told a package was left with a neighbor without specifying which one among hundreds. The Amazon guarantee, which seems more like a marketing tactic, offers no real solutions for failed deliveries. After spending thousands of dollars on Amazon over the years, delivery issues only arose with their in-house trucks. It's disheartening to constantly encounter false delivery claims and lack of accountability from Amazon. Despite the convenience of online shopping, the unreliable delivery service tarnishes the overall experience.

I purchased some black lights less than three months ago, and they have suddenly stopped working or burned out. They were $70 each, and I'm interested in getting them replaced instead of seeking a refund. The lights have noticeable burned out areas and are not illuminating as they should. I received a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon, offering a lifetime gift coupon in exchange for purchasing Rs. [redacted] worth of items. I want to raise this issue to a higher authority. The caller insisted on using Google Pay and provided a code for the transaction. After making the payment, I realized that my information had been compromised, including my address, phone number, email, and purchase history. I have always been a loyal Amazon customer, but I fell victim to a fraudulent scheme due to Amazon allegedly sharing my personal details. I lost Rs. [redacted] in this scam, which might seem trivial to some, but it's significant to me. The fraudulent callers were using the phone number [redacted] and kept me online for an hour to make the purchase, promising a gift code (b07hgjk535) after spending Rs. [redacted]. I received a duplicate trunk in red on Sunday, which I accepted for replacement with the original item. Unfortunately, the vendor who delivered two trunks on 04.11.[redacted] seems to be selling fraudulent copies. I initially ordered one trunk, which was the red one I received on Sunday. After using it and finding it satisfactory, I ordered three more trunks. However, only two were delivered and they appear to be duplicates of the original. I am seeking a refund and replacement. If this item is not eligible for a refund, I consider it dishonest and unfair to online buyers. I urge corrective action against the vendor who provided the poor quality duplicate item that costs Rs. [redacted] but was priced at Rs. 97. I request that you review your refund policy and blacklist this current supplier.

I am currently in India and facing issues with accessing my Amazon Prime account. The OTP verification required for orders and deliveries is causing difficulties as I have an American debit card and the account is linked to a US mailing address. I believe my visa application was rejected due to it not being issued from India. This situation is making it complex to navigate the Amazon Prime system, and I am unable to connect with a customer representative due to not having my PIN on hand. In the US, contacting a representative was straightforward without the need for OTP verification. Considering the inconvenience this is causing, I am contemplating closing my account even though it's my primary way of shopping from my remote location.

Regarding Order# [redacted]-[redacted], I recently purchased a Halloween costume from Amazon, but it was too big. Following the return instructions, I took the item to Kohls in American Fork, UT. I received confirmation of my refund on September 28th. However, I received another email stating I was charged again because the costume was not received by Amazon from Kohls. Dear Sir, I recently placed an order for two products: Oxylife Natural Radiance 5 Creme Bleach, 310g (1 unit) and Natural's Care For Beauty Diamond Facial Kit Pack for Oily and Dry Skin, [redacted] g (1 unit). I paid Rs. [redacted] for these items, but I encountered an issue with the payment. After my bank confirmed that the payment was deducted, I received a message from Amazon stating that the payment had failed. Following this, I contacted customer support, and they informed me that the payment was declined. They assured me that I would receive a refund for the amount deducted from my bank account. I reiterated that I only wanted one unit of each product and made another payment as requested. Upon receiving the package with two units of each product, I contacted customer support to return one unit of each. Unfortunately, the supervisor I spoke with rudely declined my request and abruptly ended the call. This behavior is unacceptable. I urge Amazon to hire more courteous and knowledgeable staff. Hello, this is Aniket. I typically make my purchases on Amazon due to their competitive pricing and timely deliveries. Usually, the delivery personnel would give me a heads-up call before dropping off any order. However, this time around, I did not receive a call. I stayed home all day anticipating the delivery, confirming with my building's security and checking the log for any package from Amazon, but no record was found. Contacting customer service, they requested a 5-day wait for their investigation. Now, they (Danish) claim they are unable to assist further. I urgently need the memory card for my CCTV, and this experience of unseen delivery feels like a loss, especially since I prepaid this time.
