My Amazon account was hacked and an order was placed for over $*** of product to go to an address in California. I am in Washington State. I was able to get the payment (on my cash card) stopped. However, I am unable to log into my account on Amazon because the password was changed along with my home and billing addresses, which I must know in order to get help. I have made four calls to Amazon Customer Service and each time I am passed to a higher customer service (I assume) where every time I have been disconnected without resolution. *I was the one hacked, but it seems as if now I'm the one being punished. All of my Amazon services are in limbo and all I wish to do is to be able to log in and resurrect my account (new email and password). Somebody help me please. **PS: This lack of concern on Amazon's part is bothersome as we have done well into the thousands of dollars of business with them over the past couple of years.
