I have two accounts with Amazon:-**Tessa@tdcCordlessLighting.com*TessaS*****@***.com**Neither of which I can access and despite responding to all the prompts to check*change passwords, none have been successful.**I have telephone Amazon at least six times and reported this situation over the past *** months...each time I have been promised this will be sorted out but it simply hasn't been and I am now at end of my tether and cannot bear the thought of contacting Customer Service by phone anymore, as I feel they make false promises and certainly haven't resolved situation.**I use the above accounts for work and personal use and with Christmas around the corner, I just want it all sorted out.**Yours in the hope that you can resolve this situation and reinstate a Happy Customer.
