I ordered luggage and it is the wrong color, mildly scraped and l can’t even open it completely because you need a code. My husband and l have both called Amazon. We were told they would contact Murtisol, one of their distributors on our behalf to send a label for return. They claimed it should be ** hours. This was told to us twice and several calls made. NOTHING has been done. AMAZON was paid $*** for luggage l can’t use. However they want to put all the responsibility on Murtisol. We will seek further action if action isn’t taken on their part! I want my money or luggage immediately! Keeping our money and not sending the correct luggage is not an option. I will be taking a trip the first week of November and need my luggage! I needed it weeks ago!!!!!!
