I use Amazon often. I decided to make a large purchase and buy an iPad Pro from Amazon. The day after making the purchase, I logged on to check the status. Amazon charged a different card than the one I specified, which due to it being such a large amount was a HUGE issue. **First of all, I am incredibly upset that I received no kind of notification of being automatically charged on a different card, especially for such a large purchase. If that is standard procedure I recommend you change it, as it is going to make a lot of people angry. **I immediately tried to get it fixed, but the order had to be cancelled. **There were two items in the order, the iPad Pro and a Case. I asked TWO DIFFERENT Amazon customer service reps to confirm that BOTH Items were cancelled and refunded, and they both confirmed.**Today I received the case anyway, so I guess it wasn’t cancelled and the charge will remain on my card. It is unacceptable to get incorrect information regarding such a large purchase from several sources.**When I tried to contact Amazon again to find out whether the order was truly cancelled, somebody asked me one question and then NEVER replied again, just kept ignoring me. I could not get a new person on the chat.**I’m sure you can see all of this in the customer service Chat transcript. **I am so disappointed with how Amazon has handled my issues regarding this order. I will never be purchasing an expensive item on Amazon ever again, and I will be sure to tell my family how Amazon Customer Service treated me poorly and repeatedly gave me wrong information. I will not be renewing my Prime subscription.**I hope that you will be able to provide better service to other customers who have to experience this in the future and figure out why I was repeatedly ignored and given the wrong information.
