I am M.H. Raval, an Amazon Prime member. Today, I made a purchase online totaling over [redacted] rs. I used my ICICI Bank credit card to pay for the items, expecting a 10% discount which wasn't applied to my bill. Additionally, my order was split into three automatically, and one part, a cello butter flow pen set pack costing 58 rs., was charged 80 rs. for delivery despite my Prime membership benefits for free delivery on orders above [redacted] rs. I would appreciate guidance on how to claim the 10% discount and a credit of 80 rs. to my Amazon account promptly. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Please acknowledge this and assist me promptly. Thank you.

Order# [redacted]-[redacted]: I purchased the ZEN27 from Home Tech Solution, and one of the switches failed. Home Tech Solution directed me to contact the manufacturer for warranty approval. After receiving approval, I returned the product to Home Tech Solution for a replacement. They confirmed receipt but said the new one was out of stock and would be sent by the end of September. They promised a refund for postage after I sent them the invoice, but despite complying, I have not received the refund. I have reached out to the seller multiple times, but they are not responding. It's now October 17, and I haven't received a refund or a replacement. I fear I may have been scammed. I usually rely on Amazon Prime for protection, and this experience has been disappointing. I'm hoping for assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you for your help.

Subject: Amazon Account Concern Hello, I wanted to share a troubling experience I had recently with someone claiming to be from Amazon. Despite only having a regular Amazon account, they insisted we owed $31 for a Prime account, becoming aggressive when we explained we didn't have Prime. This person threatened to send the bill to collections, causing distress to my wife. I eventually had to step in and firmly deny the false charges. I felt compelled to bring this to your attention as it reflects poorly on Amazon's customer service. Thank you, Roger D. Sullivan

Dear Jose Cyriac Manimala, I wanted to let you know that a refund of $[redacted].00 was successfully processed on October 13, [redacted]. The amount should now be available in your account. Refund Reference #: [redacted][redacted][redacted] If you have not received the credit within 4 business days, please contact your bank's customer care and provide them with the reference number for further assistance. Some nationalized banks may require additional time to process refunds. If your bank cannot locate the refund using the reference number, you may need to dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed', and they will investigate further. Best regards.

I am having trouble logging into my Amazon Prime account since I got a new phone. It keeps saying my password is incorrect, which I believe is my old password. When I try to recover the account, it doesn't recognize my email or ZIP code, even though I know they are correct. I've been charged for two months now without being able to use Prime, and I need to address this issue to stop the charges. My new cell phone plan pays for my Prime account, so it's crucial to resolve this first. Customer service wasn't helpful as they required the forgotten password for account recovery. I urgently need assistance from a real person to reopen my account promptly due to time constraints and financial limitations. Thank you, Travis T.

Hi, I wanted to let you know that my wife and I purchased $[redacted] worth of Amazon Gift Cards on October 13, [redacted], at Walgreens located at [redacted] Broadway NY [redacted]. I recently tried to place an order for a wheelchair for my mother on Amazon.com, but Amazon canceled my order and revoked the gift cards without providing a valid reason. Upon contacting Amazon, they informed me via email that the funds were revoked for account security reasons, and the gift card refund was issued to the purchaser, Walgreens. I am currently in the USA and urgently need to buy a wheelchair for my mother. I visited the local Walgreens as instructed by Amazon's customer service to obtain new gift cards, but Walgreens denied receiving any refunded funds from Amazon. I am stuck in this situation as I did not engage in any wrongful behavior to warrant the gift cards being revoked. Best regards, Kamran Y.

I have noticed unauthorized monthly charges on my credit card from Amazon starting in December [redacted], amounting to approximately $13. I have tried to contact Amazon by sending two letters to addresses I found online, but they were returned. Despite copying Chase on these letters, the charges are still occurring. I do not know what these charges are for and have not approved them. I want this charge canceled immediately and for Amazon to cease billing my credit card moving forward.

I recently bought a York S1-[redacted]4 Genteq Evergreen 3/4 HP [redacted] Volt Replacement X-13 Furnace Blower Motor from North America HVAC on October 2, [redacted] (Order# [redacted]-[redacted]). After having it professionally installed, the HVAC technician confirmed it was faulty. Despite attempting to return it, the company insisted on a 50% restocking fee, claiming it was incompatible without providing clear reasons. I incurred fees totaling $[redacted].12, including the return shipping. Despite the motor being deemed defective by both the technician and Genteq, I was still charged due to its alleged used condition upon return. The company evaded my inquiries, directing me to contact Amazon instead. I am seeking a refund for the remaining half of the charges. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you. - Trinton Brown

I purchased a Wireless Microphone on July 16, [redacted] under Mr. Ashwin A.'s account from Mohankheda Enterprises. Unfortunately, the product I received was faulty, so I requested an exchange. Despite multiple requests, there was no response from the company. I then tried to return the item, but even though the status says "Return started," no one has come to collect it. I am now unable to escalate the return as the time limit has supposedly passed. Could you kindly review the number of times I requested an exchange or return within the allowed timeframe? Order# - [redacted]-[redacted]

On * October ****, I placed Order ***-*******-********. Although I ordered a size **, I received a size **, which I cannot use due to its low quality in comparison to the price. As a result, I returned the item. The original price was Rs.*****, but after a **% discount, I paid Rs.*****. However, the refunded amount is only Rs.*****, which deducts the discount amount twice. I feel unjustly penalized for returning the incorrectly sized item. Moreover, the delay caused me to lose out on bank interest and prevented me from fulfilling a special occasion need. As a prime member, I expect better service standards from Amazon. My main concern is the insufficient refund amount. I request a full refund for all items returned without any financial loss on my end.

I placed an order last night and printed the receipt. This morning, I received an email from Amazon stating that my account was suspended due to suspicious activity. I contacted Amazon to address the issue and was informed that I would need to wait 24 hours for resolution. I explained that I verified my identity as the purchaser and cardholder with the account phone number and address used for the purchase, but still, I was asked to wait. To be cautious, I decided to close the credit card account due to the concern of unauthorized use. Now, I need to cancel the order since the card is closed, and I also plan to close my Amazon account. Thank you.

I have Amazon's Two-Step Verification set up, and usually, they send a One-Time Password via text to my cell phone. However, while traveling without access to my phone, I had to go into town to log in. I even had to call my wife on the condo's landline to sign in for me, retrieve the text on my phone, and provide her the code over the landline. I am looking to disable two-step authentication but couldn't find an easy way online without needing a code. I don't want to make the trip into town again just for this. It seems challenging to turn off Two-Step Verification without access to the phone.

After ordering a converter, I was told it was delivered to my mailroom but wasn't there. Amazon agreed to send another. I found the first converter and informed Amazon not to send the second. Despite this, I received an email instructing me to return a converter, which I didn't receive. I am confused by this and don't want to be charged for a product I already paid for.

Subject: Issue with Undelivered Product #[redacted]-[redacted] Hello, I am reaching out on behalf of Pedro Oscar P. to address the issue with the recent order mentioned above. Despite the status indicating the delivery of the package, we have yet to receive it. Upon investigation, we discovered a notification received on September 5th via phone, which landed in our spam folder due to the unknown sender. The message directed us to select a preferred pickup location through a provided link. Unfortunately, upon accessing the link, we were informed that the offer had expired with no option for communication or retrieval. It is evident that the package remains undelivered due to the circumstances outlined above. Your guidance on this matter is appreciated.

Hello, I am writing to report an issue with a laptop I purchased from Amazon. Unfortunately, both the original laptop and the replacement I received are defective. I have tried to cancel the order for the Lenovo laptop, but I cannot find the option to do so on the website. Despite contacting customer service, the only solution offered was to send a technician to address the problem. However, given the numerous reviews mentioning the same issue, I do not wish to keep this product or proceed with any repairs. I insist on canceling the order and do not authorize any payment from my bank account. The associated mobile number is [redacted]. I cannot accept a repaired or used product, especially considering its high cost. If my request to cancel the order is not fulfilled promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the consumer court. I urge you to review the situation and cancel the order due to the defective nature of the product. Sincerely, Sunil Deore

Hello, I am a Jamaican student currently studying in India. On November 3rd, I tried to purchase an Acer laptop using a friend's account since I couldn't get a sim card for my debit card. Amazon India processed the order initially, but later blocked it, realizing it was a Jamaican card. Despite providing verification through a snapshot of my Jamaican account, showing the deducted amount in Jamaican dollars, Amazon India still denied the order. They promised a refund on the 7th, but I am still waiting for it. After numerous contacts, a representative informed me yesterday that the issue has been sent for investigation after 20 days. I am disappointed with Amazon's treatment of customers and the delay in resolving the refund matter. I hope to address this with Jeff Bezos if necessary, although I prefer to avoid such actions. Thank you.

I placed an order on August 30, [redacted], and I have not received my order yet. Order #[redacted], with an order total of $[redacted].73 for 11 items. I contacted Amazon customer service multiple times, but have not received a satisfactory response. The supervisor mentioned needing a police report and did not provide a corporate address when requested. I have wasted a lot of time on the phone with Amazon customer service without any resolution. My main concern is the delivery process by UPS, which often leaves packages in inconvenient places. I have not been updated after being told to wait for 36 hours multiple times. If this issue is not resolved within 24 hours, I will have to take further action. - Sandra Wiseman

Dear Sir, I have been contacting the Amazon service center for the past four months, but they are not listening. They keep asking for 7 days and then when I call back, they give another 2 days but nothing is getting fixed. The touch screen on my tablet is not working, and I request a replacement since it is still under warranty. Amazon customer care is not responding, and they are not honoring the warranty, just asking for more time. Micromax has confirmed via email that the product is fake as the IMEI number doesn't match. Amazon is selling counterfeit goods. Thank you, Meraj A. Mobile no. [redacted] Email ID: [redacted] Mumbai, Maharashtra-[redacted]

This is the fifth time I've tried to create or sign in with my email address that I know works through Walmart. I gave months of business to Walmart but cannot get the login to work. The software engineer and management should be removed. The problem is a continuous loop where I enter the same password, it says verify, and when I try to create a new password, the messages do not match. It has been all continuous loops, not valid. You need to earn my business. It's my birthday, and I spent 3 hours on this. I've spent my life as a senior international partner and a senior VP corporate CIO for a $5 billion international company. Please solve my problem today and figure out how many customers are moving to Walmart that you have lost. Respond within an hour; I'm sure stockholders and Walmart executives would love to read about it. Please help me today so I can enjoy my birthday. Thank you.
