You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-vijirn's own words
I had placed an order for ** items on **th Oct, ****. On **th, a delivery boy, Babu Bhandari, came claiming that he can not deliver the package as the honey bottle in my order broke and the entire pack is filled with honey. On checking the status of my order, I found that it was marked as rejected while in fact, I had not rejected the order. I contacted customer care and asked for an explanation. I was told by the associate that she has reported my complaint and that I can either request for replacement of the same order or place a new order. I made a specific request for replacement which she recorded.*Today, I got a message from Amazon saying a refund has been processed.*I need an explanation as to why the replacement wasn't processed in spite of my specefic and clear equest and willingness to wait for ** hours for a replacement.*I also need an explanation as to why I should not approach the Consumer Grievance Cell for such negligent and shabby treatment.**I'm expecting a reply and a solution for the harassment I'm subjected to, to the loss of time I suffered, and the negligent and shabby way in which I'm treated by Amazon.com.**In case of an absence of explanation from your end, I regret to note that I'll be forced to take up the matter to the Consumer Grievance Forum.*Thank you.*Vijayalakshmi Nair*Ref.
