Hi, good evening, I just want to know first if you're dealing with amazon. com or amazon.uk as my problem is with a seller from amazon.com.**I purchased a BTS product through amazon.com last August **rd and an order confirmation was received on the same date. Then Aug **, a shipping confirmation was received and it says: arriving Tuesday Sept ** to WED Sept **. An email received Sept **, regarding reviews but I hadn't done it as I hadn't received the product yet. Again an email from the seller sept **, informed me about adding protection box in my package. So Oct *, I sent them an email asking where my order is. Then they replied that it will be released on the **th of sept and not to receive it on **th sept. And they told me to check his message sent dated Aug **, but there's no message from them on that date. **The seller said that they sent more than * messages over the past * months regarding its pre order issue. However I always received all my emails from amazon via my gmail inbox and whenever I checked for a message, there was not any sent by the seller during August regarding the arrival in my gmail inbox. I will admit that I only saw the email from August today but this particular email did not appear in my gmail inbox whereas other and more recent emails did. I was also not informed about paying the custom’s fee, only the shipment fee from Korea to the UK. **After leaving a negative review, I believe the seller had taken my comment to heart as they started to accuse me of lying and not reading my inbox and kept pushing me to revise and retract my comment. I was also called rude* I think they could have responded in a politer manner instead of insulting me. I attempted returning the product to avoid the situation from escalating any further, but then the seller did not allow me to return the product and instead offered to pay the custom fee. However throughout their next emails they continued to to call me disrespectful and not doing fulfilling my responsibilities as a buyer and said that they would not pay the custom’s fee. They have threatened to use their messages accusing me of denying what I didn’t see or receive.** I am not the only one who has questioned the seller and was insulted, whether the buyer was wrong or not, the seller should not have responded with such rude accusations. I turned to talk to you because I feel as if the seller and I, as a buyer, will continue to have more misunderstandings. I am willing to accept the product, as I have suggested to them, if the seller goes through with their offer of paying for my custom’s fee. It has not been delivered to me, it is still at the post office. **Order* ***-*******-*******
