You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

There was an order placed for around *** dollars on my mother's discover card a little over a month ago. Neither she nor I made this order and don't know who could have made it but I'm going to ask around. I tried looking it up but I'm not computer literate whatsoever. She has stage four throat cancer and we cannot afford a *** plus dollar bill. My name is Peter, her son. It's just us living here but I have friends that stop by but other than that it's just the two of us. Will you or can you tell me what the purchase was, who it was sent to and what IP address or phone number it came from and was associated with. I work full time as does she therefore there was no way one of us could have received any sort of packing if it came. Seeing how it was never received by myself nor my mother we'd greatly appreciate it if the total amount was placed back on her discover card, please and thank you. Peter V.
