I unknowingly purchased an item in the wrong size and would like to exchange it for one size smaller.

GetHuman-tkpint did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-tkpint fixed the problem
Unbeknownst to me, as this was the first time I’d made a purchase on Amazon, the exchange process is simple. If you are in the know.*As it turns out, it is basically a purchase circle.*You received the item you requested. It doesn’t fit. You actually want the item, but in the correct size.*I called customer service. They explained to me that they will send an e-mail with the return label (printable.)*The fastest*easiest way to re-order is requesting a gift card.*The card is “credited” to your Amazon account. *Re-order the item with adjusted size, click “buy it.” (Assuming you literally re-ordered the exact item with no rush shipping,) the “credit” will automatically be used for your billing. You don’t pay a cent for the return or the new item.*Yuup!! Pretty easy! *Even I did it!!
