On September 6, [redacted], I ordered three items for my grandson's birthday. One package was marked as delivered but never received. After contacting Amazon customer service, they promised to replace all three items. However, only two items were replaced, and the third was refunded without explanation. Recently, I received an email demanding the return of the missing item by October 27, which is impossible since it was never received. I was browsing Amazon Prime on Friday and was interested in watching the first episode of Supernatural. I accidentally purchased it without going through the checkout process. When I tried to cancel, I was unable to do so. I requested a call back, but did not receive one. I assumed it was canceled since I rarely use Prime. However, I later found out it was not canceled, and I have been struggling to reach customer service due to difficulties calling with my arthritis. This experience has been surprising and disappointing since I have been a loyal Amazon customer for a long time and the episode wasn't even watched.

I bought a Cobiz Headlamp from your company on October 23, [redacted]. One of the headlamps stopped working and I tried troubleshooting with different batteries and the AC adapter with no success. I see that you offer a 10-year warranty and I would appreciate a replacement for the defective headlamp. I have attached a screenshot of my Amazon purchase and the current listing for the same item. I am experiencing issues with my Amazon account. I cannot view my orders or balance after purchasing gift cards online. I am unable to log in without encountering an error message since October 12. I need assistance as I believe I made a mistake with the order, opting for an e-code email delivery that required billing details I cannot provide since I am not in the United States. I recently purchased the latest Vivo U10 model which was quite expensive for me as I am currently facing financial difficulties with outstanding debts and loans. The order was placed on October 3rd and was delivered on October 8th. However, I have been facing challenges with Amazon's customer service. They have refused to replace the phone claiming it is functioning properly. They suggested I use an app called Blancoo to run diagnostics, but I find it unreliable and the tests are questionable. Fortunately, a kind neighbor who received the package by mistake brought it to my correct address around 6:00 P.M. Despite the delivery mix-up, the Amazon website still shows the package as out for delivery as of 6:45 P.M. This discrepancy seems to be related to the driver's error. My user ID is [redacted] I did not receive two pouches of liquid Surf Excel Matic 2 liters each from an order placed on September 29, [redacted], totaling [redacted].00. The shipment was addressed to Raj Jindal with order number #[redacted]-[redacted]. Despite a courier informing me the pouches had leaked in transit, I never received the delivery. The delivery status indicates it could not be delivered/refused, and a refund was promised, but it has not been provided after more than 16 days. As a loyal customer, I seek compensation for the undelivered products and damages, totaling about Rs [redacted]. I recently signed up for the Amazon Prime free trial but discovered the next day that my mother already has a long-standing Prime account. Living in the same household, she authorized me as a user, and I placed my orders through her account. I placed an order for a camera on October 3, [redacted], with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, on October 15, [redacted], I received an email from supplier NCTwelve informing me that my order was canceled due to KYC issues. I'm now requesting Amazon to refund the money tied up due to the KYC matter. I believe Amazon should take responsibility for fulfilling my order since I placed it based on the camera's availability as advertised by Amazon, not NCTwelve. I have doubts about the reliability of the situation and trust that Amazon will ensure my order is completed.

I am concerned about the situation with Amazon. After speaking to customer service, they are suggesting that my computer has been hacked, reminiscent of a previous incident. They provided a phone number for me to call to address this problem, but I followed their advice six months ago and it cost me $[redacted] to resolve. Now, six months later, they are recommending the same costly solution. I am hesitant to proceed as I believe I should be protected for a year. Tracking Number: 1Z811R[redacted]19 I was expecting a delivery from UPS to the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. However, UPS informed me that due to failed delivery attempts, an Amazon staff member, Mr. Dave P., instructed them to abandon the shipment. I have checked with ADB, and they have no record of UPS contacting them. To resolve this issue, I have updated my delivery address with Amazon to my private address in Makati City. I kindly request that the parcel be delivered to this new address.

They confirmed that the transaction failed from your end, and each transaction generates a reference number regardless of its success. I have continually checked with the bank using the failed transaction ID, but no refund has been issued. I attempted the Amazon method for checking the refund status by texting [redacted] with the message "refund [last 4 digits of order ID]," and the response indicated no matching refunds were found. The message instructed me to check earlier refunds on the Amazon website. It is evident that there has been no refund issued by your end for the failed transaction to the bank. Kindly address and resolve this matter promptly.

Neither she nor I authorized this purchase, and we are concerned as we did not receive any items from it. My mother is battling stage four throat cancer, and we are facing financial difficulties. Hello, I recently had a concerning experience with a delivery driver in my neighborhood. Hello, I am reaching out for assistance with a recent purchase I made through a seller on Amazon.com. I ordered a BTS product on August 23rd, and I received the order confirmation on the same day. Subsequently, I got a shipping confirmation on August 25th stating the item would arrive between September 10th and September 25th. Despite receiving emails prompting me to leave reviews and add protection to my package, I had not yet received the product as of September 29th. When I inquired about the delay on October 2nd, they mentioned releasing the order on September 27th, which contradicted their earlier communication. The seller claimed to have sent multiple messages about a pre-order issue, but I did not find any such messages in my Gmail archive. This miscommunication led to a negative review from me, which seemed to upset the seller as they accused me of dishonesty and disrespect. They refused my attempt to return the product and have been uncooperative regarding paying customs fees. Their aggressive responses have made me reconsider future interactions. Unfortunately, the box was damaged, there was no protective padding, and two of the bottles were leaking due to loose caps, likely caused by the lack of padding during transit. I placed an order for 22 items on October 14, [redacted]. On the 15th, the delivery person, Babu Bhandari, said my order couldn't be delivered due to a broken honey bottle. Surprisingly, I discovered the order was marked as rejected, which I never did. After reaching out to customer service, I requested a replacement, which was noted. However, today Amazon notified me of a refund instead of processing the replacement. I seek an explanation for not receiving the replacement despite my specific request and willingness to wait. I also question why I should not escalate this negligence to the Consumer Grievance Cell. I am awaiting a response and a solution as the treatment I've received has led to harassment, wasted time, and a lack of proper care from Amazon.com.
