I signed up for the Amazon prime free trial. The very next day I went to order a few items and talking with my mother about ir. My mother updates me that she has Amazon prime and has had it for quite some time. *Because we live in the same household, she authorized me as a user and I ordered my items through her acct and immediately called customer service to cancel my remaining free service and any future fees. My exact words to customer service were, "I just don't want the free trial to end and next thing I know I am being charged."*I was assured that wouldn't happen, yet here we are.*I am a single mom with a foster child so When $**-** is deducted from your acct, you feel it.**I would like to be reimbursed and for my acct to be looked at and made sure that is was in fact cancelled the day after I signed up. **Thank you in advance,**Brooke Baker
