I was on amazon prime fridai (i think) and I wanted to see if you had the first episode of supernatural. I saw that you had it I clicked to see the cost and it it purchased it. When I buy something from amazon it goes to the checkout before the actual purchase. I did not watch immediatly cancelled. It said I couldnt at that time. I hit the button for you to call me and they difnt so I figured it was cancelled. I do not watch prime very often and was just kinda checking it. Today I went on amazon and under messages it said it hadnt been cancelled. I have been trying to xall and it keeps disconnecting me. I have arthritis in my fingers and I try to avoid typing. I am very surprised by all this I have never had a problem with Amazon. It wasnt even watched . I have been a faithful customer for along time. Am disappointed
