You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

On September *, ****, I ordered * items for my grandson's birthday (reference order ****-*******-*******). I was notified that one package was delivered and the other lost. Unfortunately, the notification on the first order was incorrect, and that package was never received. I contacted Amazon customer service and was told by the person I spoke to that a replacement for all * items would be sent. Instead, two items were replaced but Amazon refused to replace the *rd and instead issued a refund. Nobody could explain why the *rd item would not be replaced and I finally gave up* at least he had the two. Yesterday, I received an email demanding the return of one of the lost items and threatening to charge my card for it if the lost item isn't returned by October **. I can't return something that never arrived. Please address this issue promptly, as this whole thing has been a source of ongoing frustration. **Betti Gregg
