Hello, I purchased a Fire TV Stick 4K recently. I brought it with me to Iceland, but unfortunately, I am having trouble playing Prime Video on it. Despite my other devices working fine with Prime Video, the Fire TV Stick cannot seem to play the content. Additionally, the Fire TV Stick keeps showing error [redacted], which indicates an issue with accessing content meant for the USA. I have tried deregistering, adjusting my location settings, and registering again, but the problem persists. It is worth noting that Alexa is able to provide accurate weather information based on my current location. Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue with the Fire TV Stick's video location settings?

I ordered six HUA 11-inch banana leaf-shaped melamine plates on October 19, [redacted], with order number [redacted]-[redacted], costing Rs.[redacted].00. Today, I received a parcel after paying the amount, but only four plates were inside. I am struggling to contact the seller. Please send the missing two plates promptly. It's frustrating not to have seller coordination. The mentioned contact person, Asif Jaman, phone number [redacted]7, was unable to assist with the missing plates saying they cannot send them. This lack of communication is concerning, especially with no contact information provided on the delivery parcel. The situation appears fishy and unprofessional. Please address this issue promptly. However, when I returned, the package was not delivered as expected. The initial estimated delivery was set for Wednesday, October 30. Once again, a package was not delivered despite the online tracking stating it was left in the residence's mailbox. This message has appeared before with other lost packages, which eventually showed up weeks later. I suspect they might be delivered to the wrong address, as we do not have a mailbox. The package in question contains a Suddora Striped Sweatband Set ordered on October 28, [redacted], under Order# [redacted]-[redacted]. I appreciate any help in resolving this issue as the items are for a costume for Halloween tomorrow, and I am reluctant to reorder as they may not arrive on time.

I have uploaded my driving license (front & back) and my bank statement account clearly showing my name, address, account number, and statement date. Unfortunately, my request has been flagged due to the following issues: 1. The identity document I provided lacks the document holder’s signature. I have been asked to upload a government-issued photo ID within the next 30 days, showing Name, Date of birth, Expiry date, Signature of bearer (if applicable), and Country of issuance or citizenship. 2. The bank/credit card statement I submitted was considered incomplete. I am required to upload a statement displaying Name, Billing address, Bank information, and Issue date within 30 days. I am instructed to upload all necessary documents on Seller Central, including those previously verified.

My package has been at the Thoppumpady (Cochin) courier service since Tuesday. I am concerned about the delay as I will be leaving town tomorrow. I purchased the following item, Saregama Carvaan SCM02 Mini 2.0 Bluetooth Speaker (Moonlight Black), Order ID [redacted]-[redacted]. It arrived damaged with the antenna broken inside the box, everything else remained intact. I chose to buy from Amazon for the easy return policy, but I encountered difficulties this time. I may think twice before making future purchases. If your store has a no return or non-refundable policy, it should be clearly stated upfront. Customers often don't have time to review detailed terms and conditions. I request urgent attention to my case as I am distressed by the situation. I am requesting a refund instead of a replacement. Hello, I would like to understand why there was a charge on my debit card from Amazon when I haven't made any recent orders. I live in the UAE, Dubai, and previously purchased two books from Amazon, for which I paid in full. However, today I noticed a charge of AED [redacted].60 on my card. I recently shipped a consignment through H.R. Enterprises to Nitin R. Baliga at Gorai Mangal Murti Apts. in Mumbai. The delivery experience was unsatisfactory due to the delivery person's behavior. Despite having clear address details, he insisted on a change. This caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. I kindly request a change in courier agents for future deliveries. I initiated the return this morning when I wasn't home during the specified 1-5 pm window. Now, the pickup isn't rescheduled, and the delivery person is impolite, asking me to click again for rescheduling. I can't find that option and customer service isn't helpful after numerous calls. I keep hearing an automated voice prompting me to press different numbers without getting a solution. I need my wooden shelves picked up tomorrow between 4-7 pm for an early refund.

I previously raised an issue about returning a purchased product. The scheduled pickup day was yesterday until 7pm, but unfortunately, nobody contacted me. My pickup tracking ID is [redacted]87. I was informed by the delivery person that my package would be delivered the next day, but it has been three days and I have not received it yet. Despite trying to seek help through Amazon's website, I have not found any relevant assistance as my issue does not align with the automated help options. I eagerly await the delivery person's call but have not received any updates. I kindly request a prompt response regarding the whereabouts of my delivery package. I am aware of the estimated delivery date of November 14th, but given that the package is in my town and the delivery person had contacted me four days ago with no further communication, I am concerned about the status of my delivery. Lately, I've been receiving two automated phone calls about charges for Amazon Prime taking money from my card. They instruct me to press 1 to cancel the subscription. I made a recent purchase on Amazon but didn't sign up for Prime. I'm concerned if this is a scam. Trying to reach Amazon has been difficult; even using GetHuman didn't work, as the phone number was unreachable. Their Callback feature requires EDGE, which I don't have access to. I simply want to speak with a representative regarding this matter.

I recently noticed that Amazon deducted £50.97 from my account for an order that I did not authorize. Strangely, the order does not even appear on my account. Despite numerous phone calls and emails over the past few weeks, I have not received the promised refund by last Monday. After contacting them again, I received an email stating that they are unable to trace the transaction, leaving me doubtful about receiving a refund. Losing this money is a significant financial burden for me. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I made a purchase on Amazon, and although the delivery was three days late, the supervisor I spoke with graciously gave me a $50 promotional credit. I expressed my gratitude and later used $25.39 of the credit to purchase a camping chair. Unfortunately, the chair collapsed when I sat on it the next day, despite being within its weight limit. I initiated a return and inquired about the refund process multiple times. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that once they receive the item, I would be refunded. However, during my recent call, I was surprised to learn that due to it being a promotional credit without a dollar value, it could not be recredited to my account. Despite explaining that the item was defective, I was told this policy prevents the refund. Despite conversations with both a supervisor and a manager, no resolution was reached. It is frustrating that I will not be able to reuse the credit issued due to Amazon's delayed delivery. I have not been provided with any written clarification on this policy regarding returning defective items purchased using promotional credits.
