I have been without a phone for six weeks now due to health issues. I have leiomyosarcoma and recently underwent sternum removal. I made the mistake of transferring my 40-year-old phone number from my landline to the TracFone you provided, which then stopped working. Despite trying to get help from your customer service via email and with the assistance of a computer whiz, I've not been able to recover my old number ([redacted]) and now the phone doesn't even turn on. The entire experience has been a nightmare, and I still haven't received the return label promised by your representative. I urgently need a working phone and my original number restored. I am 71 years old with additional health issues, and being without reliable communication is causing great distress.

I have received over 40 packages from Amazon, but all delivered to the wrong address despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue. The Amazon Prime driver consistently delivers to the incorrect location without checking the label. After spending hours on the phone with more than 40 agents across different departments, the problem remains unresolved for the past 16 months. Despite their efforts, Amazon cannot reliably send packages to my address, leading me to cease using their services. The mishap has cost me hundreds of dollars in lost merchandise left on strangers' porches. The lack of leadership and inefficiency in resolving the issue has left me feeling frustrated. Amazon's inability to rectify the situation has compelled me to end my patronage with them.

I am Melanie Masters Crawford. I placed an online order last week for 2 puzzle books, The Leptin Diet book, and a pair of Sanook boots. However, I did not receive a confirmation email. Three out of the four items arrived on September 1st, but the humorous puzzle book was missing. Unfortunately, since I have no transaction record, I am unsure of the exact book name; I only noticed it while ordering the other puzzle book by the same author, Patel. I would appreciate receiving a confirmation email for the order and an estimated delivery date. If the missing item cannot be delivered, I kindly request confirmation that I will not be billed or assurance of a refund. I am also interested in learning how to prevent such issues in the future. I am disappointed that the photo of the book I ordered did not match the actual cover received. The seller claims Amazon mistakenly associated the wrong image with the purchase. I specifically chose the book due to the dust cover, which held sentimental value as it featured my uncle. Unfortunately, the book arrived without it. The seller mentioned additional details further down the page, such as being ex-library and missing the dust cover, which I was unaware of. I paid extra for special delivery, equivalent to the book's price. Although the seller agreed to take the book back, I believe I shouldn't be responsible for return postage. They attribute the issue to Amazon's image error, while other sellers offer the book with its rightful dust cover. I am frustrated by the amount spent with uncertain refund terms and postage costs. I recently placed an order for multiple items that needed to be delivered to my home due to my car being in the shop. Unfortunately, the items were sent to the billing address instead, causing a significant inconvenience as I need them urgently. Amazon customer service was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation and claimed that home delivery was not an option in my area, despite neighbors receiving UPS deliveries. As a 75-year-old disabled individual, walking the nearly 2 miles to the Post Office to retrieve the items is not feasible. After speaking with a supervisor, a solution was offered to allow future orders to be delivered to my home, but I would have to wait 3 weeks. I planned to return two items at a UPS store, but now I am being asked to travel 90 miles or pay for postage. I believe I should be able to mail the items back for free next week when I am already scheduled to be at the Post Office.

Last week, I returned a drone because it wouldn't turn on. The package reached New Jersey on Tuesday, but when I opened it on 09/06/[redacted], only the remote and a headset were inside, no drone. I have Amazon on my laptop and also on my Amazon Fire. My Amazon account should be under Mr. D.E. Pascalini. My email address is [redacted], and my postcode is ME121BE. Today, I got locked out of certain features like email on my Amazon Fire, making it useless. It keeps asking me to register even though I did months ago. I have tried following all procedures, but it won't recognize me. I've forgotten my password and feel exhausted trying to fix this. My Amazon on my laptop is messy, showing a wrong delivery address in Gillingham, ME7. I can't reach customer service for real-time help, which is disappointing. I've recently purchased socks, underwear, and moccasins that I can't access. I urgently need a password reset to work on both laptop and Fire, and to remove the incorrect part of the address. I recently received the Wyze Cam 1080p HD Indoor Wireless Smart Home Camera with Night Vision, 2-Way Audio, Person Detection from a seller named Gailfloralyus on Amazon. I’ve encountered an issue while trying to access my account to track an e-gift card I sent. Despite attempting to reset my password through the 'forgot my password' option, the temporary password sent to my email leads me to an error page stating the web address is non-functional. I mistakenly bought an e-gift card on the American Amazon instead of the Australian Amazon to send it to someone in the USA. Could the account login issues be related to this cross-country purchase? Strangely, while I have received the invoice for the transaction, the funds have not been deducted from my bank account, although the correct account number was used. This situation is perplexing as it's my first time encountering such problems.

I am missing attachments for my vacuum cleaner and would like to receive the correct items instead of the replacements that were sent incorrectly. The vacuum was sold by Amazon, and it is an Amazon choice product that specifically states it comes with these accessories. I have a friend who bought the same vacuum and got all the attachments. I have tile floors and two dogs, so I really need these parts for cleaning. Purchasing them separately would be very expensive. I enjoy using the vacuum and it works well, but I am disappointed about not getting all the parts as advertised. I have screenshots and proof of my order showing what was supposed to be included. I just want the missing attachments, not a refund or replacement. Also, UPS failed to pick up the return package as scheduled, creating additional inconvenience. I hope to resolve this issue and receive the missing attachments promptly.

A package with tracking ID [redacted][redacted] was marked as delivered on Thursday, 5th September, yet no one, neither the recipient nor any neighbors, has received it. I have already given this feedback on the delivery but unfortunately, no steps have been taken. The package was a gift for my best friend, and now both of us are searching for it. I bought the Usha Laguna water dispenser from Amazon on August 16, [redacted]. The purchase reference number of the table-top dispenser is 63HNCTT3710S. The item was delivered to Punya Hospital India Pvt Ltd in Basaveshwaranagar, Bangalore. It began leaking on September 7, [redacted]. I need this issue to be addressed promptly. I recently received an automated call from you regarding Amazon Prime charges. During my last order, I accidentally signed up for Prime and promptly cancelled it, receiving a cancellation confirmation email the same day. When prompted by the automated system to press 1 if I did not want Prime, I was redirected to a person who only added to the confusion, leading me to hang up. I checked my Prime membership status and it showed I am not a member, yet there seems to be an invoice for 99pence. As a loyal customer, I would appreciate a prompt clarification on this matter.
