i have Amazon on my laptop and also on my Amazon Fire. my Amazon should be for Mr DAVID E PASCALINI my e mail address is *****@***.com and my postcode is ME***BE. I am today locked out of certain features such as e mail on my Amazon Fire rendering it useless. It requires me to register even though I did all of that a few months ago. I follow all of the procedures but it will not recognise me. I have forgotten my password and i am exhausted trying to remedy this. My Amazon on my laptop is a mess and it has me down to deliver at Gillingham ME*. I CANNOT seem to contact you in real time which is as if you couldnt care less. i have recently bought socks, underpants and moccasins from you before that was taken from me. I need a password reset that works on laptop and Fire. I need that part of a false address removed.
