I am currently locked out of my account and after logging back in, I noticed that my recent purchase history is not displaying the items I ordered. I wish to avoid paying for items that are not reflecting in my account, especially as they amount to nearly $[redacted] and are confirmed in emails. I kindly request verification of my account either through email or my laptop, as I am currently stationed in AIT in the army and do not have access to my phone for calls or faxes. If possible, I would appreciate assistance in verifying my account promptly to ensure my purchases are recorded accurately for shipping. I value my transactions with Amazon and seek a resolution to this matter as I am purchasing essential devices like an iPad, Laptop, and iPod for my schoolwork in AIT.

I have reviewed my credit account finances and noticed a monthly charge of $16.41 labeled as "AMAZON DIGITAL SEATTLE WA HBO" that has been occurring for 1 to 2 years. I canceled my HBO subscription after the trial month, and I have not utilized it since then. Despite monitoring my subscriptions regularly on the SyncBank site to prevent unauthorized charges, I continue to be billed for a service I do not use. It is disappointing after many years of being a loyal Amazon customer to face this issue.

I have been dealing with a frustrating delivery issue regarding the placement of my packages. Despite multiple attempts to ensure delivery to my back porch, my efforts have been unsuccessful. Initially, I modified delivery instructions, but then I was directed to Michael E Logistics for assistance. Unfortunately, my latest order was still delivered to the front porch instead of the designated location. When I reached out to Logistics, I was told that my email could not be located in Seller Central. I want to clarify that I do not have a Seller account and I seem to be stuck in the seller system without an option to easily escape it unless I set up an account. To Customer Care, I recently ordered a Prestige Clean Home Water Purifer PSWP 3.0 [redacted] from Amazon online on 22.08.19. Unfortunately, the item delivered had a defect with water leaking from the second chamber. I promptly requested a replacement which was accepted, and I was notified that the new order would arrive on 26.8.19. Despite waiting at home, I received an SMS stating that the Home Purifier could not be delivered due to inability to contact me despite no missed calls on my end. To this day, the replacement has not been received. When checking the order status, it falsely indicates that the item has been delivered. I am quite disappointed with this experience and have been unsuccessful in reaching out to a representative over the phone. I received a message saying my account is locked for security reasons. I did not do anything wrong. Later, I got an email stating that my Amazon account and orders are suspended due to unusual activity. The email mentions payment verification and asks me to check for instructions on how to unlock the account. I contacted customer service before but received no response. How can I unlock my account? Subject: Issue with Order # [redacted]-[redacted] Hello, I am reaching out regarding my recent order placed on August 8, [redacted], for the Lucky Line 5" Flex-O-Loc Cable Key Ring. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, it was empty. After reporting the issue, I received a replacement order that contained the correct item. However, I have since received emails requesting the return of the incorrect order. There is nothing to return as the original package arrived empty. I recently purchased a pair of Sorel boots from Amazon. The boots arrived in a repackaged box due to damage during transit, but the care instructions and warranty paperwork were missing. I purchased three John Grisham books - "The Racketeer," "Rogue Lawyer," and "The Reckoning." I have received "The Racketeer" but not the other two. The money has been deducted from my account. The estimated delivery was by Friday. Usually, my previous order of three books arrived together. I'm unsure if I should wait until Friday or take action now since only one book has arrived.

1. I am locked out of my account even after resetting the password. 2. I have sent numerous emails to customer service, stating I would receive a call to resolve the issue within 24 hours, but have not received any calls. 3. The billing for my Amazon Prime subscription needs to be verified again. 4. I allowed my boyfriend to use my account to make orders using his credit card. We have received some items and responded to verification emails, but due to my account being on hold, I cannot access it to resolve the remaining emails. 5. This issue has persisted since 8/9/[redacted]. 6. There are orders that were charged but not received that need to be addressed. 7. Some items need to be returned, but I require an order number to do so, and I am unable to access my account to retrieve it. I have been promised callbacks by customer service but have not received any calls to date. After a call on August 29th at 8:04 pm PST, a kind representative helped me resolve the issue. He took responsibility, connected me to the logistics department, and processed a refund with a $10 credit. The exceptional customer service made me smile and appreciate Amazon's commitment to customers. This experience reminded me of the book "Never Lose a Customer Again" by Joey Coleman, highlighting the importance of excellent customer service, which Amazon exemplified. Someone has gained unauthorized access to my Amazon account. I tried to make a purchase yesterday but realized it was linked to an American Express card ending in [redacted], which does not belong to me. The items were set to be delivered to an address in Miami, Florida, while I reside in New Symrna. On further inspection, a television was ordered using my account the day before, even though I had not been on Amazon that day. I canceled the TV order and placed my own order. However, I did not receive a receipt, indicating it likely went to the person using my account. I also discovered the gift card balance was used by someone at a different address in Miami. I removed the unauthorized card and noticed suspicious activity with the gift balance. The account associated with the fraudulent activity seems connected to multiple others using the same address. I am seeking assistance to have my Amazon account removed to prevent further misuse.

Our delivery driver arrived at 25 Madison Avenue in Franklin Square, New York, in a Prime Truck playing loud music. I initially asked him to lower the volume, considering the peaceful neighborhood. However, the lyrics I heard were offensive and derogatory. I hope you can address this issue with the driver, as his music choice was inappropriate for the setting. I believe he may not have been aware of the impact of his music on the community. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in this matter.

I am a very dissatisfied customer seeking my order's whereabouts. My Order# [redacted]-[redacted] was due on August 30, with a promised delivery date of August 31. However, it did not arrive as expected. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that the delivery would be delayed until September 2, which is not acceptable. I relied on this item being Prime one-day delivery, but the service has not met my expectations. Had I not followed up on the delivery status, I would have been unaware of the delay. This experience has made me reconsider the value of my Prime subscription if this level of service persists.

I recently made a purchase for my wife and was shocked to discover something concerning on the final page before placing my order. It appears that individuals with EBT cards can receive a 50% discount on a Prime membership. My wife and I both hold jobs and work hard to support ourselves, yet we are required to pay full price for a Prime membership while those who receive government assistance can get it at a reduced rate. This seems unfair and disrespectful to those of us who prioritize hard work to provide for our families. I placed my first order with order number [redacted]-[redacted], but it was canceled. My second order is [redacted]-[redacted], and I have already made the payment through net banking. Despite the payment being debited from my account, Amazon is asking for a retry, which is causing confusion. I have proof of the payment being debited. I am disappointed by Amazon's service and I am unable to find a customer care number to contact them. I request a refund for both orders as soon as possible. Amazon's delays and lack of clear communication have made this a frustrating experience, and I may reconsider shopping with them in the future.
