You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I call you customers sevice dept * weeks ago reguarding a card payment taken from my back account going back to August **** £*.** per month this only came to my attention when i was cancelling a d*d i wad told by a member of the team that no recorded could be found of amzion takeing this amount even when i gave him the account number to which the money had gone in to i checked with my bank again and this is sn amazion account number is *AMZA DIGITAL ***********,*.**GBP,RATE*.***GBP*This has been going out of my account from the *st to *rd of each month some ** payments i want to know why as the only thing i buy are books snd pay for them at the time these are on my bank statements i dont have internet at my house so there would be no other sevice i would be paying for the kindle fire is registered to e-mail *****@***.com the total amount that has been from my bank account is £**.** and i want this returned *My bank has said that if Amzion again say that this is not one of there bank account then they will start a fraud investigation to recover the amount*I request an urgent reply as this has now gone on long enough *Yours faithfully *Linda Allen **I
