Thank you for your time.... My bank acct was charged on ****, $**.** for Audible US & $**.** for Amazon Prime. I ckd both my emails and neither had orders for these & I don't have these apps not did I order them. * I need these cancelled & charges dropped & have a "DO NOT ORDER" attached to my name and*or Amazon acct, as this happened w* Amzn Prime a few months ago.*My * emails attached to Amazon:******@***.com &******@***.com ... My phone * is also attached but I don't want to put it out there. *I appreciate any help and info you may offer. Customer service found by way of my phone * that these * apps were wrongly charged to my acct and cancelled and refunded both apps as I requested. The problem is someone else had the phone * I received * months ago and the person did not change to thier new phone * and didn't delete thier cancelled* old phone * (now my * for past * months) from thier Amazon account. I will have to delete my phone * from Amazon acct and really any other acct i have online that's has charges attached. Also I must now get another phone * I can attach to my accts. Being Human, we make mistakes.... I don't feel this as a mistake. I feel it is laziness, or very rushed, not to complete the process of change, quite inconsiderate of others.*Thank you all very much*I wish you a comfortable night*Lori
