I am currently visiting China with my wife and would like to make multiple purchases while here. However, whenever I try to buy two items using my account, I receive a confirmation email 10 minutes later stating that my account has been closed and all refunds issued. I want to clarify that I have not been hacked and it is indeed me trying to make these purchases. Please review and reactivate my account to allow me to proceed with my shopping. Greetings, I’m Alejandra Magana, a student with a student Prime account. I recently received an email requesting proof to renew my student status by September, unaware that my membership expired on July 28th. Consequently, on July 29th, I was charged the full price of $[redacted] to renew due to not updating my student status. However, on August 1, I updated my status, and on August 2, I was charged an additional $60 to renew my student Prime membership. I find it odd to be charged both fees for one account. It doesn’t seem fair to pay the regular membership fee along with the student membership. I seek clarification on this matter. Kindly reach out to me to resolve this issue. Thank you.

On June 28, [redacted], I received an email confirming two online purchases on my Amazon account, both made using my credit card linked to the account. After noticing these unauthorized charges, I promptly contacted Amazon to halt the transactions, clarifying that I did not make these purchases. They identified an additional fraudulent transaction, although I did not receive an email confirmation for it. Subsequently, I contacted my bank and canceled the card. My bank reimbursed the funds and initiated an investigation. In the interim, I unexpectedly received an Amazon package. Since I had made several legitimate orders in June, I opened the package to find two of the three items from the unauthorized purchases. The third item, an Amazon gift card, was sent to a different address. While awaiting guidance from Amazon, I retained the unordered items unopened. Regrettably, since I had already opened the package, I disposed of it. Over a month later, my bank reversed the refund, citing proof of a package delivered to my address by the Amazon seller. Despite this, they provided no explanation for the $75 gift card sent elsewhere. Consequently, I am now burdened with both the unsolicited items charged to my card and the $75 gift card. Moreover, I am unable to access my original Amazon account despite repeated password changes. Consequently, I created a new account to no avail as I lack access to my previous Order History, hindering my ability to contact the third-party seller of the fraudulent items. I aim to locate the seller's address to return the items and present the bank with evidence, challenging the charges. Unfortunately, neither Amazon nor my bank, Chase, offer any assistance. I possess the order numbers for two out of the three incorrectly credited items. I urge assistance in resolving this complex situation, affecting not just my finances but also my reputation with both Amazon and my bank, institutions of which I have been a member for over 15 years. It is disheartening to endure unwarranted consequences due to the actions of a criminal misusing my card information.

When I send packages via USPS, they are consistently being delivered to the wrong address, causing issues with my manager and the intended recipients. Two weeks ago, there was a similar incident where a package intended for [redacted] Lockwood Ave [redacted] ended up at [redacted] Lockwood Ave [redacted]. The recipient went to the building next door, thinking it was the right address, and my package, a cardigan made of cotton, is now lost. I am quite upset and worried about whether I will ever receive the package since the people at the neighboring address are not responding. The manager is also upset as this mistake is causing confusion. I can no longer rely on delivering packages to that address as no one there has seen the lost package.

My BBVA credit card recently experienced unauthorized charges at a Michael's store in a different state. I only used this card online at Amazon. To address this issue, I have closed the credit card and removed all saved payment methods, including 10 others. I've initiated investigations with Michael's and BBVA Compass. I suspect a security breach may have occurred through Amazon, where I solely used the card. The purchases made at Amazon were for a Coleman hot tub, which I returned due to a defect. It seems someone obtained my card details via Amazon. Your guidance on this matter would be appreciated. Thank you.

My account has been locked due to a payment issue since last week. Despite sending my credit card statement twice to your secure fax line, I have not received any feedback. I called my card issuer, and they confirmed that my payment information is correct. I have reached out to you via email multiple times, but have not received any responses yet. I cannot log in to my account currently. I recently received an order on Amazon.ca without any payment issues. I encountered an issue trying to make a purchase on a game using my Amazon account. I faced a problem with the parent password authorization even though I had the correct password. Subsequently, I tried to log into Amazon directly but was unsuccessful due to a password error. I managed to access it via Google, however, when I attempted to reset my password, the process was not successful. After providing all the necessary information and verification, I kept receiving an error message. I contacted Amazon support but felt uncomfortable sharing my email name. I requested a replacement for a product that wasn't available. Although you promised a refund, it hasn't been processed yet. I returned the item on 27th June, and today is 4th August. Despite scheduling the return between 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, the Amazon agent arrived late and took the package without providing an acknowledgment slip, even though I included the receipt. I have contacted Amazon customer service multiple times, and they keep asking me to wait 3-5 business days and request an acknowledgment receipt after a month. This is frustrating for me as a first-time returner. Please address this issue promptly or replace the mobile phone.

I recently received a message from AMAZON stating that my email address associated with my account has been changed from [redacted] to [redacted] The message also mentioned that I can visit my account on Amazon.com to view orders, make changes, update subscriptions, and more. However, I want to clarify that I did not request this change. I'm requesting someone to call me on Monday (8/5/[redacted]) at [redacted]. Thank you.

I want to address an issue I had with returning my Suncast 73 Gallon Patio Storage Box order. The return process required me to bring the heavy item to a UPS location, which was difficult for me. Despite requesting UPS pickup through customer service, I received confusing responses from both customer service and the seller, who advised me to use FedEx for the return. I eventually had to arrange for the return myself with the help of a friend, using the Amazon UPS return label as intended. I found the lack of clear information on UPS pickup before purchasing the item frustrating, as well as the miscommunication with the seller regarding the return method. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied and apprehensive about future heavy item purchases from Amazon.

I recently placed an order on Monday as I have done in the past. I usually use an alternate address at our local mall post office because I am often not home when packages arrive. However, this time the order was couriered to the post office instead of being mailed as I expected. The post office refused the package because it was not being mailed. Luckily, the courier had my phone number on the label and was able to contact me to pick it up. My name and address were not on the package, which makes me concerned that I may not have received it if not for the courier's effort. This seems to have been a trial for the past month, which unfortunately failed in my case. I appreciate the courier's extra effort, but I am hesitant to order from Amazon again, especially during the busy Christmas season. Could someone clarify why my order was couriered instead of being mailed to my c/o address at the Parkwood Place post office?

Dear Customer Service Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my bank account from Audible US and Amazon Prime on 8/03. Upon checking both of my email accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], I did not find any orders related to these charges as I do not have these apps nor did I make any purchases. I kindly request the cancellation of these charges and for a "DO NOT ORDER" note to be added to my name and Amazon account to prevent future occurrences. I had a similar issue with Amazon Prime a few months ago and would like to avoid any further problems. I appreciate any assistance and information you can provide regarding this matter. I contacted your customer service department two weeks ago regarding a monthly card payment of £7.99 taken from my bank account since August [redacted]. This issue came to light as I was canceling a direct debit. Despite providing the account number where the money was deposited, I was informed that there was no record of Amazon taking this payment. The amount was debited by "AMZA DIGITAL [redacted]1" every 1st to 3rd of the month, totaling £95.88. As I only purchase and pay for books, I am confused about these transactions. I do not have internet at home, and my Kindle Fire is linked to the email [redacted] My bank is prepared to start a fraud investigation if Amazon denies involvement with this account. Subject: Amazon Customer Service I recently signed up for Prime after enjoying a regular membership for a long period. Early this morning, I tried to download some Audible books assuming they were free with my new Prime membership perks. However, I was charged for all of them, including two books in Spanish, which do not align with my viewing history. This is the second time I have received a package I did not order. The tracking number is TBA[redacted]00. Checking my account at [redacted], there are no orders in the past 6 months. It seems someone else might be using my address without permission. The unwanted item is RGB LED TV Lighting. I seek guidance on handling this situation and preventing future unsolicited packages. I need help resetting my Amazon account password. After forgetting the answer to my security question regarding my Amazon account's full name, I got locked out. I can't reset my password due to multiple failed attempts at answering the security question. Please, Amazon, allow for infinite attempts on dynamic security questions to prevent this lockout issue from happening in the future.

I have not received five books by Michael Vey that were supposed to be delivered.
