each time I contacted them I had a different answer. Nowhere when I pre ordered the book did it say that I could not leave a review for items under $**!

When I received the book which I pre-ordered in November and received * weeks ago. I could not leave a review. One person said it was over * months so was out of time. Another said I hadn't spent enough in * months! So I bought another . Amazon doesn't state this clearly anywhere when pre-ordering or that there's a price limit on reviews. ... I pre ordered a book in November **** it was published last week but cannot leave feedback....please help.
This was frustrating for me because I loved the book and wanted to leave a review especially as I'd pre ordered back in November as they suggest only to find that there's a time limit...I'll not pre order anything every again!
It was resolved when I paid for another book! I want them to sort themselves out and get the rules clearly stated at the time of purchase and all personnel should say the same thing.
I've not been a customer for very long and will cease to be because Customer Service don't know what they're doing and say different things.
Tried everything...finally fixed when I bought another book.
