Order* Order* ***-*******-******* was marked as delivered but was certainly not delivered AND the tracking information did not reflect what one would typically see.**When I went to the seller's page, there are mountains of feedback left reporting the same issue as I experienced. See link below.*https:**www.amazon.com*sp?seller*A**AGJDCT*NSBU**While I do understand that this is not covered under the A-Z guarantee and Amazon says I am not eligible for a refund, I would like to state that I am a prime member and order many things from Amazon specifically with the belief that companies selling through the site have been vetted and agree to abide by a standard of business conduct - one that specifically does not include fraud and stealing from customers. **I have reported my issue directly to the seller but based on the other customer feedback, I do not believe I will either receive an order or a refund and I am disappointed that Amazon may not take responsibility for having such a seller pushing product on your site. I will say that I have ordered direct from China items from Amazon previously and had no problems. I also read the reviews associated with this product and seller before ordering. All said they received their item and that it was a good quality.**Thanks for your help in this manner.
