This is regarding my oder:*Order ID: ***-*******-*******. *I got an email from the seller that said:*"Hello,*We wanted to thank you for your purchase...*As we went to ship this unit out we noticed there was damage to the box and potentially the unit. Our customer satisfaction is our highest concern which is why we opted to NOT send a defective unit out.*Unfortunately, we won’t be able to fulfill this order till the unit comes back in stock. Simply go to the order inside your Amazon dashboard and request to cancel the order..."*But there is no "cancel" button for this order that I can use. Could you help me to cancel this order? Thanks.

GetHuman-jlau did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-jlau fixed the problem
I emailed the seller and told him*her that there is no "cancel" button since the product has been classified as "shipped". So they have to cancel it for me. I got an email from them that said they have cancelled the purchase for me.
