Dear Sir, I purchased a SANSKRIT book and paid in full using my credit card. Initially, the transaction was successful, but shortly after, I received a message stating that the payment was unsuccessful. However, the money was deducted from my account. To date, I have not received the book nor has the money been refunded. I kindly request that you either refund the money or send the book as soon as possible. I am eagerly awaiting your response. The transaction was initially successful, though shortly afterward, I received a message stating the payment was unsuccessful. However, the money was deducted from my account. To whom it may concern, I contacted customer service regarding my delivery order. The "supervisor" at customer service connected me to UPS but the call got disconnected, and no follow-up was made by the supervisor. After providing the details to UPS, I was assured a call the same evening, but nobody reached out. I have consistently emphasized my clear preference for packages to be delivered to my porch, not left in the driveway. This is crucial because packages in the driveway are visible from the street and could be stolen, they risk getting wet from rain, and due to my disability, I struggle to move them into the garage. Despite repeated discussions with your team, the delivery drivers continue to neglect my instructions. Despite the UPS driver claiming they left the package by the porch this time, the attached photo shows otherwise. I am thoroughly frustrated and disappointed. On July 20th, I ordered a motorcycle helmet for my wife in preparation for a long-awaited trip with friends. However, despite the expected delivery by July 24, the helmet was unexpectedly sent back to the supplier without any prior notification. With our departure scheduled for July 27, I contacted Amazon customer service to address the issue. They refunded my purchase and helped me locate a similar helmet available at a nearby Amazon facility. After placing the new order for delivery on July 28, I was assured by a representative that it was already in a Virginia facility waiting to be shipped. Unfortunately, the helmet never arrived, leading to a series of frustrating conversations with multiple Amazon representatives, including a manager named Kodak Rockefeller who abruptly hung up on me. Due to this unfortunate delay, we ended up missing our much-anticipated trip with our close friends, impacting our plans significantly. This experience has made me reconsider my trust in Amazon and the service they provide, especially considering my long-standing Prime membership. I have been waiting for an order of 2 pairs of shoes scheduled for delivery on Saturday, the 27th, but it never arrived. Despite multiple emails with Amazon, they were not able to provide me with any useful information or assistance. I am frustrated with the lack of communication about my package's whereabouts and the delivery process. I do not want a refund; I want the items I ordered. The inconsistent pricing and lack of notifications are causing me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The delivery service leaves packages visibly unattended, making them susceptible to theft. Hello, I am Kalpana Desai, the owner of The UPS Store located at [redacted] McGinnis Ferry Rd, Suwanee, GA [redacted]. I have a couple of concerns I need to address: 1. Our store operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, with reduced hours on Saturday (9:30 am to 3:00 pm) and closed on Sundays. Unfortunately, on Saturday, 07/27, an Amazon driver left 14 packages for one of our mailbox holders outside the store after hours, exposing them to potential risks. Thankfully, a customer retrieved the packages and informed us. We need immediate action to prevent such occurrences in the future. 2. Lately, our store has been experiencing inconsistent deliveries from the Lawrenceville Amazon warehouse. Several mailbox holders have reported that their Amazon packages are marked undeliverable, damaged, or rejected without valid reasons. We suspect drivers are not delivering to our store properly. Today, we discovered that after having our most recent order delivered to our RV storage address, which is different from our billing address, Amazon mysteriously changed our billing address to match the delivery address without our consent. Despite speaking with two customer service representatives and a supervisor, we were informed that they were unable or unwilling to change the billing address back to the original one we have always used. They claimed switching it back would be a "security violation," yet failed to explain why it wasn't a violation when Amazon unilaterally changed it to the delivery address without our approval. As a result of Amazon's error, we are currently locked out of our account and unable to place new orders.

Over the past weekend, an Amazon driver failed to adhere to the instructions, despite the clear gate code provided which has remained the same since [redacted]. There was also an intercom available that was ignored. This led to no delivery of packages. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred yesterday, Sunday, 7/28, which was particularly frustrating as I was eagerly waiting for my package. As a Prime member, this level of service is unacceptable since the usual 2-day delivery has now extended to 4 days due to these repeated mishaps. It would be greatly appreciated if Amazon could ensure that all drivers, especially those working on weekends, are properly trained to follow delivery instructions. I contacted Amazon because I sent the wrong package, and the package arrived open. I'm unsure if it was delivered that way or opened later. I believe the drivers should take a photo of the package upon delivery and would prefer to have my packages left at my front door instead of the building entrance. When discussing receiving the wrong item with a representative, I was advised to return it to Kohl’s and a replacement order was placed, but I am uncertain if I was charged for it. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience of returning the item and waiting for the correct one. It's frustrating to go out of my way due to the company's error when I originally ordered the correct item.

Amazon customer service can only assist with marketplace orders after 3 business days of no seller response. I contacted two sellers regarding a payment issue from my bank account. Despite reaching out, I received no response and later received a debt collection letter. There was confusion about the amount owed and the lack of communication regarding the payment. My Amazon account shows the orders as okay without any payment notices. I am puzzled by the situation and the fine imposed. I attempted to contact Amazon's overseas customer service number but faced challenges with my account settings. After changing my mobile number, I did not receive the two-step verification code on my new phone due to it being sent to my old number. Despite trying to disable the two-step verification, I couldn't proceed without the code. I believe ensuring that codes are sent to my new number recorded in my account or emailing them would solve this issue easily. It would be appreciated if Amazon could address this matter promptly.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into my account. Although I successfully accessed it on one device recently to place an order, I am now unable to login on any device. Despite trying the "forgot password" option to receive a password reset email, I have not received any emails. I contacted my ISP, Virgin Media, as advised, and they indicated the issue lies with Amazon. Strangely, today I received a text message containing 2 OTP reset codes purportedly from Amazon. I am confused as to why I am not receiving password reset emails despite receiving unexpected OTP text messages. Regards, David.

During the Amazon Prime sale, I bought an iRobot Roomba [redacted]. The order number is #[redacted]-[redacted]. It took me 45 minutes to complete the purchase as I also got the Chase card for an additional $80 off. Despite the challenges with the discount not applying immediately, I eventually bought the Roomba. However, when I unboxed and plugged it in, a red light blinked. Confusion arose as different representatives couldn't explain it. Finally, I was told the bin was full, which shouldn't happen with a new product. iRobot assured me it wasn't their doing and suggested I contact Amazon. I am happy with the Roomba but disappointed to receive a returned item with dirt inside. Assistance is appreciated. Thank you, Roger G.

Hello, I am inquiring about my Order# [redacted]-[redacted]. The package I received containing the microwave rack had significant damage, despite just a big dent in the box. Unfortunately, the top shelf, the essential part of the item, arrived bent and cannot be assembled correctly. I have already assembled the rest of the rack, which was a bit challenging given my age and poor eyesight. As I have discarded the packaging assuming all was well, could you please send me just the shelf to replace the damaged one? I would be grateful if you could send even a used or returned shelf to resolve this issue. Thank you for your assistance, it would mean a lot to me.

I contacted Amazon Customer Service, and a representative named Alicia suggested I email [redacted] However, the email bounced back as undeliverable. My issue is with logging into Amazon Smile. When I try to sign in, I get an error message saying the server IP address cannot be found. If I click the Amazon Smile bookmark again, it works fine. This inconsistency is frustrating. I always use the bookmark, and it eventually logs me in, but the initial error message is concerning. I believe Amazon should be aware of this glitch. Reporting these issues to Amazon seems complicated, but I hope they address this matter effectively. Thank you.

Hello there, I have been experiencing issues with my Amazon deliveries as the boxes are being left out in the rain when I am not home, resulting in all my recent orders being wet. Even when I attempted to return a previous order, it was wet. The delivery personnel leave the boxes on our trash cans rather than placing them on my covered porch. This has caused multiple items in my current order, including birthday and wedding gifts, to be wet and some to be returned due to damaged packaging. I am frustrated with the situation, especially as a Prime Member, and I am seeking some form of compensation for this inconvenience.

I am having trouble signing into my Amazon account. Despite following the provided directions, I am unable to access my account. I have received a temporary password from them twice, but it does not work. The Captiva authentication process keeps repeating without success, leading me to a non-functioning page error message. I have tried clearing cookies, history, and other settings with no improvement. I am not tech-savvy and feel stuck.
