I received my order (#[redacted]-[redacted]) on Saturday, June 28. The package contained two large 67oz glass jars. The outer and inner boxes were undamaged, but unfortunately, one of the jars was broken. The packaging material inside the jar box was inadequate to prevent damage during transit. I am unsure how to attach a photo here, but I can show the broken jar if needed. Would it be possible to receive a partial refund for the broken jar instead of returning it along with the intact one? The total cost for both jars was $19.73, and I believe a half refund would be a fair resolution. This way, I can keep the intact jar, dispose of the broken glass safely, and avoid the hassle of returning items. Please confirm if this solution works for you.

I am inquiring about a return. On June 26th, I sent two parcels to Amazon but have not received confirmation of their arrival. After contacting Hermes, I was informed that the parcels with tracking numbers [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted] were last scanned at a hub. Hermes mentioned that they are typically returned to the retailer within 3-5 working days for further tracking within their network. Hermes provided the reference number P[redacted]. I recently contacted customer service seeking help for an issue with my Prime account. I was told I would receive an email within a couple of days to resolve the problem, but I haven't received any communication yet. I need to place orders and update my email address from [redacted] to [redacted] The challenge arose when encountering difficulties updating the email due to the old account associated with the cox.net address. Following customer support's advice, I closed the old cox.net account as instructed. I am eagerly waiting for the email that will guide me on accessing the now inactive att.net account to make the necessary email address change to [redacted] and retain my Prime account, which I have paid for until September.

Hello, recently, the last couple of packages I ordered arrived late after spending hours on the phone with customer service. One package of batteries was so delayed that I had to cancel it, including an additional order recommended by customer service. I found this odd since the items were Amazon recommended. I'm currently waiting for a pair of shoes for my husband that were due yesterday. I heard that if a package is late, I might qualify for a free month of Prime. All these delays are frustrating, and we are contemplating canceling our Amazon Prime subscription. I just want a reliable delivery estimate, even if it's longer than the usual 2 days. Living in a less secure area, I plan to be home for deliveries, so last-minute changes are disruptive to my schedule.

I recently had multiple issues purchasing the correct size Kindle cover. After finally getting it right with the 3rd try (Yellow), I encountered a problem with the 2nd cover being too small (Red). A customer service representative initially informed me I didn't need to return the cover and would receive a refund without sending it back. However, when checking on the credit for the 2nd cover, I was now told I needed to return it for the refund, unlike the 1st cover which was credited without being returned. This inconsistent information from the staff has made the whole experience very frustrating. It's disappointing to have to make another trip to UPS due to the conflicting instructions provided. I used to be pleased with the service, but now I am left feeling let down by the process. - Cheryl S.

I need to report a frustrating issue with my recent order. It has been out for delivery for the past two days, but it has not been delivered yet. The status at the end of each day shows "Delivery Attempted," even though I have not been contacted about it. I have reached out to Amazon customer service multiple times, and they keep saying it will be delivered at different times. I have tried calling the delivery person several times, but they are not responding. I'm extremely disappointed in the poor service from Amazon. It's unacceptable that neither the delivery person nor the Amazon representatives seem to care about resolving this issue for me. I am so dissatisfied with this experience that I no longer wish to continue using Amazon. Instead of the order, I would like a refund. I recently received my Jarder Rome parasol set from Amazon with a missing base. The delivery person was unhelpful and rude when I asked for assistance. As a loyal Amazon customer, I expect a prompt resolution to this issue, with the base delivered to me free of charge. I have already contacted the supplier via email on Amazon's website. I am having trouble with Amazon verifying the documentation I submitted to open a seller account. My documents are valid and meet all their requirements. I have tried multiple times to get a clear explanation from Amazon on why they won't verify my documents, but have been unsuccessful. My account is currently suspended or deactivated. I want to assure Amazon that I am not engaging in any fraudulent activities and have submitted more than enough identification documents. I am willing to cooperate fully and just want to start my business on Amazon. The lack of meaningful communication from Amazon is frustrating, especially since I have been a loyal buyer for over fifteen years. I had a similar issue with eBay but resolved it, and I hope to do the same with Amazon. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support.

My email linked to my long-term Prime supported account was hacked, resulting in forwarded emails. This issue was fixed by Cox today. I have been attempting to contact Amazon for a month to regain access to my account. When I called today and explained the situation, I was advised to set up a two-step authentication process, but I have not received the email with instructions yet. I have been a Prime member since it began and pay annually in February. My account was hacked on May 31, and I have been locked out since. I just want my Amazon account restored, adjustments made for the time I couldn't access it, and everything back to normal. The hacker changed my cell phone number to 1[redacted]. My email, [redacted], is now functional. I used the number 1[redacted] earlier today to address this issue and resolve it.

Hello everyone, I encountered an issue while setting up my Amazon Australia account on June 27th at 1:19 pm. After creating the account, I made a purchase of an Artemis office chair. Unfortunately, despite my attempts, I have been unable to sign in as my password is not being accepted. I have received several OTP numbers to help resolve this, but I am still unable to log in. I am eager to track my purchase but I am currently unable to access my account.

Subject: Reimbursement Inquiry for Missing Items from Order #: ([redacted]-[redacted]) Hello, I placed an order for two items in May, but unfortunately, I never received them. In early June, I had an online chat with a representative who assured me that I would be reimbursed for the missing items. They mentioned that the refund would reflect on my credit card within 3-5 days, depending on my bank. Due to my disability and recent health struggles, I've had to delete numerous emails, and I fear I may have accidentally removed the confirmation message from our chat. I've checked with my neighbors, but none of them received the package. I also inquired with my mail carrier, but they do not recall delivering the items. I have since repurchased the items from Walmart. Is there a way to proceed with getting reimbursed for the two items that were not delivered? Order #[redacted]-[redacted] was delivered by Hermes on July 3rd, [redacted], but unfortunately not to my address. The tracking details indicate that the package was left in my letterbox and signed for by R J Kent, which is puzzling as I do not have a letterbox. Typically, deliveries to my residence are placed inside the glass porch or a signature is requested through the window. I have checked with neighbors to no avail. After contacting Amazon, I was redirected to Hermes, who then sent me back to Amazon. As a loyal customer who frequently shops on Amazon, this experience is disheartening. I am disappointed with the delivery service provided by Lasership. This is not the first time I have experienced issues with them. They often leave packages at my apartment door without ringing the doorbell. Recently, I found my package outside a different apartment in the hallway, which could have resulted in my purchases being lost, including a gift card. Additionally, I am frustrated with late deliveries as late as 9:30 pm, encountering rude delivery personnel, and deliveries by individuals who seem underage. I question why Amazon continues to work with Lasership despite these problems. If I encounter Lasership as the deliverer for my future orders, I will have to cancel them. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently received an email from amazon.com informing me that my account has been closed and all outstanding orders were canceled. The reason provided was the use of Amazon Gift Cards in violation of their Terms and Conditions. Amazon mentioned that they cannot reissue the gift cards or refund the funds. I contacted Customer Service at the provided numbers (U.S. and Canada: 1-[redacted], International: 1-[redacted]) but have yet to receive a response. I have been receiving multiple text messages from your company asking me to take a survey and then purchase an item for free by covering shipping and handling expenses. The messages are persistent, coming in as frequently as five times a day, even late at 12:33 am. I do not want to participate in surveys or claim free items with associated costs. Despite my requests to stop, the messages continue from various phone numbers. I insist on being removed from all contact lists immediately. If this communication persists, I will seek legal counsel and take action against the company. This serves as my final warning. Please relay this message to your marketing department to halt further messages.

I bought an Aider foot drop brace on your website on June 10, [redacted]. Despite an expected delivery date of June 29, I have not yet received it. The tracking now indicates that my package may be lost. I paid for the item using my debit card.
