Once again, “be delivered by *:** pm” guaranteed package(s) delivery day has come and gone* and again, I’ve received notification the package are delayed in transit.**I am getting to the point of dreading when deliveries are being managed by Amazon versus UPS or FedEx as the latter two do make their delivery times whereas I can guarantee a package scheduled for Sat or Sun will be delayed. I can only think this is incompetence or laziness by whoever is managing your delivery service in my area because this happens every single weekend delivery. I have been ordering from Amazon since **** and only after Amazon’s delivery service was instituted has my confidence declined in your so called “Guaranteed Delivery Date”.**Order numbers ***-*******-******* and ***-*******-******* were missed Sat and I have * more packages “guaranteed” to arrive Sun of which I’m sure at least three will be delayed.**I know I’m not a big time Amazon customer but I do order a few times each month (*** times so far this year), and before retirement I managed customer delivery for a Fortune *** company in which all my employees made a personal commitment each and every day to ensure ALL deliveries were made on time.
