Good Morning,**I placed Order* ***-*******-******* & Order* ***-*******-******* on *.*.****.*I did not look further or research additional items because I wanted to go ahead and place the order as it was needed for Friday, *.**.****.*I have been checking daily on the status.*Up through yesterday, *.**.**** it was stated that the items would be delivered by *.**.****.*I even engaged in live chat on both Monday, *.**.**** and Tuesday, *.**.**** to make sure everything was still to plan. It explicitly still stated, “ It’s on track to be delivered Wed, June **th.*I get up this morning to check on tracking for today’s anticipated delivery and suddenly overnight it has gone from being scheduled for delivery today, to an additional * days and is now showing to be delivered next Tuesday!*Unacceptable Amazon. I did everything right here. I allowed plenty of time for the item to arrive when needed according to your listing at the time the order was placed.*Now you have not followed through and it is a ** day ship time. *I have to work and now have * days to try to come up with a comparable replacement and make all arrangements…all by this Friday.*There is simply no excuse on your part, especially when up to the day prior to the original delivery you are still stating all is well and that it is due to arrive the following day.*I’d really like to hear how this happened and how the ball was dropped and now I am left to deal with the consequences of Amazon’s incompetence.
