Hello. I’m writing because I think my account has been hacked. My email address is jAbate *****@***.com. My password was changed without me doin it and every time I hit forget password I don’t get an email to get it reset. I called customer service a few times and they were going to email me so I could reset my password and I never got it. I also did receive an email requesting a refund for a few products that I ordered. I did not request this refund. I would like my account either deleted or have my password reset. I canceled my credit cards that were on the account so no unauthorized purchases can be made. Customer service also mentioned to me that there’s a two-step process for me to get into the account. I also did not set this up. I really need someone to get back to me right away. Thank you
