I ordered * pair of sandals individually: Clarks cloudsteppers Womens and Clarks Womens Saylie Moon. I cant remember the exact date, but must have been in March. They were * size too large. I dropped them at Kohls on **** Harlem Ave.in North Riverside. I promptly got a refund (and ordered and received the right size) Kohls must have contacted you when I returned the sandals - I never contacted you!!! I was overseas for a month and upon my return I found * E-mails from you telling me you did not get the sandals - actually I received an E-mail last week telling me that you recharged me for * pair of sandals. I do not know what happened but am ***% sure I have returned them. The proof in my mind is, that I never contacted you to return the sandals - Kohl must have contacted you, after dropping them off. I am not sure about the dates. because as I said, I was in Germany for a month. I am afraid that you charge me again for the second pair, I ordered a few days later. Please look into this and revert the charges, it is Kohls problem in my mind.*Thanks in advance, Veronika Burmeister
