On ******** I discovered that since ******* I have been billed £*.** per month for Amazon Prime*I never asked for subscription based prime and certainly didn’t want it and to get the quickest response to any further request for monies I cancelled this 'service'*imposition on ********.*I would like you to refund all of the previous subs surreptitioulsy obtained from me.*I have tried to communicate with you via chat - which is not working and subsequently when offered email as an alternative option this is also not functioning.*Your systems stated 'We hit a snag with chat.Would you like to send us an email or have us call you?' When I chose email no further assistance is provided. No option to email is provided , no amazon mailbox address to send an email to.etc. It is only when I searched the internet how to complain that I came upon this.*Please treat this as a complaint or any other method to expedite full reimbursement of these monies obtained without my explicit consent.
