You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

On *-**-** I was charged $*.** & $.** from AMZN PRIME DE amzn.de*info lux card ****. And then on *-**-** I was charged $*.**. These are false charges. I never ordered ANYTHING at this website. First I contacted Amazon & they checked into the problem. Nothing wrong there. I then contacted my bank & froze my debit card. They researched the problem & found out that I had been hacked. They credited back the amount that I had lost to my account & then issued me a new card. Seems the problem came from Germany. Scam..
