My problem is I paid my order through amazonpay UPI but it seems failure,but still amount was debited from my bank account !!! Still my problem not yet resolved,i need refund of my money or else I can't retry payment because if I do it will be doubled ........please help

I want initiation of my payment to be success.........which seems failure,but successfully amount debited from my bank account !!! ... My order No:***-*******-********which includes * items that cost Rs.*** *I've ordered by COD but later on I paid through BHIM UPI and my bank account was debited with the said amount,but it says failed payment and sms keep on coming informing to finish payment which I already paid. Amazon keep on asking me to retry payment which I can't do,because my money has already cut (debited)
I need refund of my payment so that I can pay by cash when my order arrive or My transaction to be success
around * years and I realize that Amazon is the best online shopping place,and it never happen like this before to me. I trusted Amazon for it's product and delivery job !!
I've sent email earlier but not much respond reply from Amazon.......they are asking same thing to retry payment
