My problem is I paid my order through amazonpay UPI but it seems failure,but still amount was debited from my bank account !!! Still my problem not yet resolved,i need refund of my money or else I can't retry payment because if I do it will be doubled ........please help

Amazon keep on asking me to retry payment which I can't do,because my money has already cut (debited)

around * years and I realize that Amazon is the best online shopping place,and it never happen like this before to me. I trusted Amazon for it's product and delivery job !!
