HI, my name is Deborah Reed-Luenebrink, my address is *** Mutton creek Drive, Seymour Indiana. I use amazon prime to watch shows at home. Also I just ordered my niece a Leather portpholio case. But the problem is I am being billed for Amazon Prime * times a month on my Visa ending in **** on *-**-**** and *-**-**** , I filled a dispute and one of them was reversed. I think that was for Feb ****. I want to keep the one I have my favorite shows saved, but cancel the other one, that just started ??? Please help figure this out and stop the one I don't want or need. I don't even know how it started billing me twice.
