I want to save the amazon free trial for my time off, which is not now. The wording at checkout was confusing since my order had already qualified for free shipping. Please cancel this free trial and let me start a fresh one when I legitimately decide to do that. I don’t want to waste the free trial because of poorly written copy! **I work a lowing paying $** an hour job, which is why saving the amazon free prime trial means so much to me. I understand it’s true value and I want to be able to take full advantage of it! My current schedule will not permit it. Can you please help? I’d really appreciate it so much! **I’m sure you have access to the information, but this happened at checkout around * or * am this morning. I order some stuff for my dog and then I went to bed. I called customer service. The woman said she fixed it. I won’t really know until I try and do my free trial. But she did say I could call & have them fix it at that time if there was a problem since it was only for * hrs & I didn’t use it. I wanna use the trial when I have time to fully enjoy it!
