we have ordered the following product - *Olumpus Li**B Rechargable battery.**Tracking - ID *************Ordered on ** April *****Shipped on ** April **** by FedEx**Now when we track the order, it says your Package may be lost.**Today is ** May **** and we have not received the order.**Kindly provide the actual status. Already the payment was made by internet banking.**Kindly make necessary arrangements to ship the battery or return the payment.**Regards**Deshpande
