Good morning, I recently ordered a variety of items for my children's school snacks through Prime with a promised delivery date of April 3rd. Despite giving it some time, the package has not arrived as of April 11th. According to my Prime account, it was supposedly delivered on the 3rd by being handed directly to a resident, yet I didn't receive it in my apartment building. As the package is valued over $[redacted], I kindly request all the items to be replaced and shipped to me promptly. Waiting beyond the expected delivery time has been frustrating, and I would appreciate a swift resolution. If this issue is not addressed, I may consider switching to placing orders on Jet or Wish in the future.

Hello, I wanted to notify you that I purchased an Amazon Echo Dot yesterday and paid £6 for Prime next-day delivery, expecting it to arrive today. However, I checked the tracking this morning, and it showed it would be delivered by 8 pm today. Upon checking it later, the status now indicates delivery on Friday, despite my extra payment for next-day delivery. I would like a refund as I paid the premium for next-day delivery, not knowing it would not be fulfilled as promised. If I had been aware, I would have opted for standard delivery instead. Thank you. I recently purchased toothbrushes from Amazon, with ONTRAC as the unexpected delivery service. Despite being home for the deliveries, I received multiple notices of attempted delivery without any actual contact. I provided delivery instructions and was assured of today's delivery, only to receive another notification without the actual package. I urgently need the toothbrushes before my upcoming trip, especially since my preferred type is not available at local drugstores. To ensure a reliable delivery, I am considering reordering and requesting UPS as the preferred delivery agent.

I recently added a new $50 gift card to my old account after browsing briefly. When I returned later to make a purchase after hours of shopping, I was prompted to enter an old card expiration date that seemed unfamiliar and possibly outdated. I cannot access the $50 balance now. Despite having my email and password, I am unable to log in. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently ordered a Husqvarna Chainsaw protection set with chaps, a helmet with ear protection, gloves, and safety glasses. It was guaranteed to be delivered by April 15th, but now the delivery date has changed to the 18th. I would appreciate it if the guaranteed delivery date could be reverted back to the original date of the 15th. Additionally, I encountered an issue with my mailing address. When I added box 44 to the address, it was placed before my street address, which causes problems with mail delivery. Please adjust the address to have box 44 in parentheses after my street address. Lastly, I was asked to provide my email address during the ordering process, but my email is already on file. Due to a situation where I need to remove trees before the power company can access my house for regular power restoration, I currently have no access to a computer, internet, or my email. My daughter is upset because her ordered diamond and sapphire bracelet never arrived. She received a notification saying it was delivered to someone in her building, but she was home at the time. Amazon informed her they will refund the purchase next week, which is too late as it was intended as a birthday gift for her daughter. I find this situation unbelievable and Amazon's lack of concern is disappointing. It would be helpful if Amazon could contact the delivery driver to inquire who he handed the package to. I am experiencing an issue with a return. Order Date: February 4, [redacted] Order #: [redacted]-[redacted] I returned the cameras the same day as requested with three items in the box: the large camera system and two side cameras. They were sent back because the large camera was not functioning correctly. I tried to contact the seller but did not receive a response for over a week. I posted a negative product review and it still took them a week to respond. This vendor's service on Amazon is concerning. I received an email stating that if the items were not received by April 18, [redacted], my card would be charged again. The tracking information shows that everything was delivered. I made an order on March 7, [redacted], and was informed it shipped with an expected arrival of April 8th. However, the book hasn't arrived, and I've already been charged on my recent statement. I need a credit invoice as this was bought on a school account to settle the Amazon bill. Unfortunately, I've been unsuccessful in contacting the seller via email. I have been a long-time user of Amazon Prime Video. Yesterday, when my relatives from Brazil visited, I rented "Jason Bourne: Ultimatum" hoping they could watch it with Closed Captions in English. My physical copies of "Jason Bourne" have Spanish audio with Spanish subtitles. However, the HD version I rented only offered English Closed Captions, which was frustrating because my relatives needed the captions to follow along. I tried various options but couldn't get the captions to work in Spanish. I have been in the U.S. for 30 years and don't use Closed Captions normally, but this situation disappointed me as I couldn't entertain my friends as planned. I believe I deserve a credit or some form of compensation for this inconvenience. Thank you.

I bought the Madison Park Princeton King-size bed comforter, but it was too small. I exchanged it for a California King size of the same comforter, which was still too small. I returned the King size comforter with no fee. However, when I returned the California King comforter, I was charged $90 for return shipping, even though both were purchased on Amazon from Designer Living and going to the same address. I feel it's unfair to pay $90 to return a package to the same vendor, especially when the previous return was free. Can you assist me with this matter?

I did not receive the Minecraft high-low shirt (Item [redacted]-[redacted]), which is also known as the Skeleton Minecraft Girls' Long Sleeve Crew Neck Graphic Tee by Mojang. UPS confirmed it was lost and advised us to contact you to reorder. This marks my fourth email regarding this issue. The process on this website is quite frustrating. I am unsure if I need to complete all the fields below. I am typing in this box as there seems to be no specific area for a response. Our initial order for the Minecraft graphic tee has not been resolved as UPS claims no responsibility. As instructed, we are reaching out to Amazon for assistance once again. We kindly request a refund to our credit card for the undelivered shirt. We have provided the order details and are seeking reimbursement to the payment method on file. We have since placed a new order for the shirt with Amazon.

Dear Team, I am deeply upset because my order was canceled without any prior notice. When I contacted customer service, one of your representatives told me that they do not have to inform me about cancellations and that they will only send an SMS notifying me of the cancellation. This order was placed 6 days ago, and it was canceled without informing me in advance. Mr. Malik, the executive I spoke with, mentioned that this is standard procedure and that as a customer, I can also cancel orders. I take this matter seriously because if my orders can be canceled without my knowledge, what is the point of ordering from Amazon? I am requesting a clear email detailing what happened from the day I placed the order until it was canceled. I appreciate your prompt response. Thank you.

Hello, I recently received my bank statement dated April 13, [redacted], showing a charge of CAD 9.03 for my Amazon Prime membership. Oddly enough, when I checked my account profile, it states that I am not a member. I am perplexed by this situation and have a couple of questions: 1. How am I being billed for a service I am not officially subscribed to? 2. How can I go about canceling a subscription for a membership that my account claims doesn't exist? Whenever I attempt to locate my Kindle, I receive the following message: Find Your Tablet There has been an issue while retrieving the status for the scheduled Find Your Tablet action. Please try again later. I have attempted several factory resets and have deregistered and re-registered the Kindle. Despite getting my Kindle back after misplacing it earlier, I am still unable to get the Find Your Tablet action to function properly. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Hello, I have an Amazon Fire HD 7. While reading a downloaded book, I placed the tablet in sleep mode. Upon returning, I found the book missing from the sd card. I downloaded it again. I then noticed more wallpaper options but faced a problem where the wallpaper only displayed on the HOME screen. When purchased, the wallpaper showed on all screens with the "FOR YOU" screen background changing with the book cover. Currently, all screens except HOME and SHOP have solid blue or white backgrounds. Assistance to address this issue is appreciated. Thank you for your time and service.

In late March [redacted], I placed an order for a LG & XL Leani women's l/s swimsuit, but received a SM instead. After returning it, I received a MED the next day. I was originally supposed to get the XL by late April to early/mid May but instead got an XL labeled as LG. I then ordered a second LG at a cheaper price. I contacted Amazon about the wrong sizes received and the seller offered a 50% refund letting me keep the XL and give it to a friend. I requested a full refund and return label, but have not received it. The seller said they are sending the LG and included unsolicited hairbands. I have not been reimbursed for the swimsuits I returned and want to return the XL as it is too large. I am a loyal Amazon customer and have never encountered such issues before. I hope for a resolution soon. The packing slip with the XL shows ID [redacted]-[redacted]-1, Blue, L, but it is an XL. Very frustrating and not the typical Amazon experience I'm used to.

I had an old seller account under the email [redacted], which is now deactivated due to inactivity. I opened a new seller account with a different email address, [redacted], on 4-08-19. Initially, I successfully listed two books for sale. However, I encountered issues with the account not linking to my regular Amazon buyer account. To resolve this, I changed the email address to [redacted], which was previously associated with a deactivated seller account. Following advice from a customer service agent, I created another seller account with the email [redacted] When attempting to log in with the new email, it redirects to the old deactivated account, displaying a "not authorized" message. I kindly request to associate my new seller account (Deep Thought Booksellers) with the email [redacted], and to delete the old seller accounts linked to [redacted] and DK Booksellers associated with [redacted] to manage my two books correctly. I am unable to log in as every email sent from Amazon prompts me to do so. Kindly provide a valid email address or phone number for assistance. I have received multiple notifications from Bangkok Bank regarding charges from Amazon. Can someone please review my orders from the last 60 days to check for any instances of double charging by merchants? My last purchase was made on April 9th or 10th, [redacted]. I suspect there might be confusion due to payments being made with a non-US card and currency conversions to Thai baht. I have attached a Word document with screenshots of some orders. My last order amounted to approximately [redacted] baht, but my card shows separate payments totaling [redacted] baht, all charged by Amazon. My recent purchases were [redacted] baht, [redacted] baht, and [redacted] baht. I'm in the process of requesting a detailed statement from Bangkok Bank for the last 60 days, focusing on Amazon purchases exclusively. Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Hello, good evening. On April 5th, I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered by April 11th. However, I received a message on April 11th stating a delay, moving the delivery date to April 12th. Subsequently, on April 12th, I was informed the package would arrive by April 16th. Unfortunately, today, April 14th, I received a message apologizing for an inconvenience and found out that my package was lost by the carrier. This situation is troubling because the order contains essential items and I also invested money expecting a timely delivery. I would appreciate it if efforts were made to track down the shipment and have it delivered by tomorrow, April 15th. The order number is #[redacted]-[redacted].
