I Order placed *April **, **** *Total *CDN$ *.** *Ship to *Madeleine Farnell*Order * ***-*******-******* *Cancelled ** * *Waterproof Mattress Encasement - Zippered Bed Bug Proof Mattress Cover with Ample Zipper Opening - Mattress Protector, Ultimate Protection Against Insects and Dust Mites (Twin-XL) by Utopia Bedding *Sold by: Utopia Deals **CDN$ *.** put in an order on April **th and cancelled as you can see. The next day, received an email saying I had been charged for this same article again so it looks like i have been charged $**.** twice. I have checked with my Credit Card carrier and it is not showing any refunds however it did show that a previous order returned I was refunded only *.** and the email confirming my refund should have been **.**. I am very upset and if there is no resolution to these problems I will be sorely tempted to stop shopping at Amazon
