As a Prime member, I expect my guaranteed delivery to arrive on time. Unfortunately, even though it was marked as out for delivery, it did not reach me as promised. This is frustrating as I pay extra for next day delivery and rely on timely services. I was only notified of the delay at 9 pm on the expected day of delivery. I even stayed up late to ensure the package wouldn't be left outside all night. Now, I have to arrange for someone to retrieve it as I won't be home until Sunday. This delay is especially inconvenient as I needed the item for a gift today.

I had a problem with GPS. They sent me a defective cable and asked me to return it at my cost. When I returned it for a refund, they claimed the unit was not the same. They refuse to give me a refund. If they won't return my money, they should at least send back the item I sent in return. Right now, they have both my money and the item. They must decide - keep the money or return the item. If they keep the money, they should at least return the item to me. My order number is #[redacted]-[redacted]. Since GPS is not responding, Amazon should intervene and either refund my money or return the items to me.

We recently switched our phone service to Sprint on January 4, [redacted]. As part of the promotion, we were offered one year of Amazon Prime when we purchased a hot spot service for one of our phones. Sprint renewed our Amazon Prime on January 10, [redacted]. However, due to issues with the hot spot service, we had to cancel it, which unfortunately led to the loss of our Amazon Prime service as well. We are looking to reinstate our Amazon Prime with the same rate and service we had before, rather than enrolling as new Amazon Prime customers.

Dear Sir, I would like to report that I have yet to receive the VON HUETTE Men’s Synthetic Smart Fit Casual shoes I ordered with order no. [redacted]-[redacted] on March 29, [redacted]. Despite the shipment being made on the same day, the delivery has not been successful. The delivery agency provided a reason for non-delivery, citing an "Undeliverable due to incomplete address or incorrect PIN Code," which I find hard to believe. My office address, a familiar location in the city, has never had delivery issues with other couriers like Snapdeal, Netmeds, Flipkart, DTDC, and India Post. Unlike other couriers, your agency did not attempt to contact me to resolve the issue but chose to return the product after two days. I urge you to address this recurring problem with your agents promptly to maintain Amazon's reputation. Hi, I'm Margaret, and you can reach me at [redacted] I recently signed up for Amazon Unlimited and was told I could start using it. However, every time I bought an Amazon Unlimited book, I was charged for both the book and the monthly subscription. I couldn't get in touch to resolve this, so I removed my credit card details and decided to stop using Amazon. Despite this, my husband's credit card was charged $13.99 by Amazon on 28.3.19. I didn't authorize this transaction, and the only cards on my account are expired. This seems unethical and possibly illegal. We've contacted my husband's bank, who canceled the card and are investigating. I no longer want to engage with Amazon. I'd appreciate a detailed explanation. Thank you, Margaret B.

I mistakenly purchased the German edition of Michelle Obama's "Becoming" instead of the English version. Greetings, I am Nicolas Rodil. I worked for a subcontractor from October to January distributing for your company in Bristol. In January, another company, Krätransport in Munich, offered me work as they had ample opportunities. However, after two and a half months, I only received [redacted] euros for working six days a week. Unable to continue, I returned to the UK for work. Everything was going well until a ban was placed on me by the manager of the German company, restricting me from distributing for AMAZON without any apparent reason. Hello, I unintentionally ordered a Vinyl figure DARK HORSE from the marketplace seller Gigantic Deals twice back in November [redacted]. I contacted Amazon immediately to rectify the mistake and was advised to wait for the figure to arrive and then return it. Shortly after, I followed through with the return process. I have shared the email correspondence with Gigantic Deals as well. Despite reaching out to multiple members of the support team at Amazon, I have yet to receive the refund promised. I provided DHL confirmation of the return to both Gigantic Deals and Amazon without success. Repeated emails like the one below have not resulted in any progress: "Good day, Thank you for contacting Amazon.de. Here is a summary of our conversation: If you have sent the item with the return label or to the address provided, you will receive a refund of EUR 31,53 upon return." I have been waiting for six months without a resolution and find it unbelievable how this matter has been handled. I am unable to access Seasons 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of The Practice on PlayStation 4 through Prime Video. The errors [redacted] and [redacted] appear when trying to watch on the home menu and series page. The series plays on my Android phone and Windows 10 PC using Google Chrome, but it lacks purchase options for the mentioned seasons on all devices. Some menu graphics are also missing. Seasons 1 and 2 are accessible with purchase options and visible show graphics. Despite contacting chat support twice and trying their suggestions, I prefer not to do a factory reset on my PlayStation 4 as I believe the issue lies with the Prime Video software. The chat support experiences were frustrating, with repeated solutions and sudden agent transfers during troubleshooting, causing unnecessary repetition. The Prime Video PlayStation 4 software version is 3.11, PlayStation 4 System Software version is 6.51, and the problem has persisted for over a week.

We encountered an issue with our Discover Card, and my spouse accidentally reported a couple of PrimeNow grocery deliveries as fraudulent because they do not appear on the main "Orders" page on Amazon. Consequently, our account is now frozen, and I am seeking assistance to restore it. I have already contacted the account specialists, explained the situation, and updated the payment information with an alternative credit card following Discover's dispute of the original charges. Despite these efforts, I have not received any updates. I had DirecTV which I canceled (effective 4/5/19) along with a Fire TV Stick already set up with Netflix, Amazon Video, and Hulu. After canceling DirecTV, I reset the Fire Stick to reconfigure it. During the setup, after selecting English and connecting to Wi-Fi successfully, when prompted to sign in to my Amazon account, I entered my credentials which were correct, but I keep getting a message that they don't match any Amazon accounts. I assume I need to deregister the Fire Stick online, but I'm unsure where to do that.

Hello, I was surprised to receive a notification about being charged $[redacted].28. I opened an AWS account expecting to use cloud services for free for a year. I am particularly upset about the cost of "Elastic Compute Could," which was $94.26. I attempted to use the AWS Matlab server, but encountered issues activating my Matlab license as an administrator and had to pay for support. As a result, I have decided to stop using AWS services for now as I was unable to proceed with the Matlab server setup. I kindly request a refund of $94.26 to be credited back to my account.
