I'm seeking assistance with adjusting my Prime auto pay date from the 1st to the 5th of the month. Typically, I receive my Social Security on the 3rd, unless it falls on a Sunday, causing my payment to come on the prior Friday. When I initially enrolled in Prime, it was a Friday, the 1st of the month. However, as I only get paid on Wednesday the 3rd, I am now incurring overdraft fees. Social Security is my sole income, and I deplete it to under $10 each month. I'm hopeful someone can help me with this date change, as cancelling Prime might be my only option otherwise. I placed an order for the "Lakkio Heart Shaped sunglasses" on March 22 with Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. Upon receipt, I discovered that I did not receive the correct item. Instead, I was sent black cat eye sunglasses with silver arrows on the earpieces. Although I know the items are non-returnable, I am requesting either the correct sunglasses that I ordered or a refund for the wrong item I received. After leaving negative feedback on Lakkio - Amazon Marketplace, I was informed that the mistake likely occurred at the Amazon warehouse. Lakkio suggested contacting Amazon customer service to facilitate an exchange at no cost to me. I am willing to return the incorrect item as soon as I receive a shipping label.

I recently received a refund email notification from Amazon regarding an order of Premium Aromatherapy Body Cleanse Foot Pads. The first order was fine, but the subsequent order had issues. The second set of foot pads received were different - the box was opened and resealed with only one larger pad inside. After using the new pads, I experienced negative side effects like extreme thirst, tingling legs, dizziness, feeling sick, and rash development. These symptoms were alarming, and I seek assurance that Amazon will investigate this product thoroughly to prevent future harm. I did not contact Amazon for a refund but rather to report a potentially harmful product. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to address these issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have a 4th Generation Amazon Fire Kindle, which I believe is the Fire HD 6-inch model with 16GB storage and 8 hours of battery life. After using it for four years, the boot-up system crashed on March 23rd, [redacted]. I followed Amazon's troubleshooting steps like restarting and charging for 30 minutes, but the screen only shows "Kindle Fire" without progress. It seems like my Kindle needs repairs. I am also interested in older movies from the '50s, '60s, '70s, '80s, '90s, and earlier Hollywood eras featuring famous actors and actresses. I have been an Amazon user for over 15 years. Recently, I created a new account due to a change in my email address and forgetting the password to the original account. My Prime membership is linked to my old account, and I am unable to access its benefits with the new account. I also have an unnecessary business account that I would like to consolidate with my current one. The email associated with my current account is [redacted] The old email addresses linked to different accounts were [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] Could you please merge all orders from these accounts into one and transfer my Prime membership to the account with the email [redacted]? I recently purchased a tin of Fiddes wax polish to use on my chalk-painted doors based on information I found on questions and answers. I specifically asked if the wax was suitable for chalk-painted furniture and the response indicated not only suitability but actually recommended by Fiddes. After applying the wax, I noticed the color change from white to yellow on the door. When I requested a refund from the seller, they denied it, stating that the product wasn't suitable for chalk paint. I referred to the questions and answers I relied upon, but the seller claimed no responsibility for the information provided. I believe I am entitled to a full refund based on the information presented on your site and the seller's page.

I'm struggling with my Washington Post online subscription due to the constant interruption of advertisements. While I enjoy reading the articles, the moving ads make it challenging to focus and disrupt my reading experience. I also receive a hard copy of the NYT, so I may need to reconsider my WAPO subscription if this issue persists. I purchased a Nokia 5 Android 9.1.1 Pie 16GM Single Sim smartphone but was sent a Nokia 5 Android 7.1.1 Nougat phone twice. After contacting customer service, I was suggested to pay $10.00 more for the dual sim 9.0 Pie version, which I did, only to receive yet again the Nokia 5 Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The repeated errors in fulfilling my order raise concerns about Amazon's order accuracy. Customer service failed to provide a satisfactory explanation, simply advising me to try ordering again later. This experience has left me without the phone I wanted and disappointed in Amazon's service standards.

Help Needed with Verizon Holiday Bonus Issue I have been receiving emails from Verizon about redeeming my Holiday bonus, which includes a 12-month Amazon Prime subscription and an Echo (2nd generation) Speaker for free. Despite multiple attempts to contact Verizon, I have not been able to access my bonuses. The deadline is approaching quickly, and I'm feeling extremely frustrated. My efforts to resolve this matter have been in vain. I've seen others facing similar problems online. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated before the deadline on 4/12/19. While enjoying my holiday in Albufeira, I ordered two CDs from Amazon (Portugal) on 11th February, intending for them to be a birthday gift for my partner on the 15th. The CDs were Ella Fitzgerald Sings Cole Porter Songbook and The Cole Porter Song Book, and the order number was [redacted]-[redacted]. Despite the initial delivery date of 11th March, the items did not arrive. I contacted the seller who explained the delay, pushing the delivery date to 21st March. I requested to cancel the order before this, but was informed it had already shipped. Disappointed, I waited at the Brisa Sol Hotel's Reception Area on 21st March, the delivery address, without success. Numerous attempts to contact Amazon have failed, with phone numbers discontinued and emails unanswered. Checking my account from Scotland showed no record of the order. The service received so far has been extremely poor, a far cry from previous experiences with Amazon.

The Steel Slat Bedframe, at 18 inches high, boasts ample under-bed storage without the need for a box spring. While easy to assemble, the design may not adequately support thicker mattresses like my 13" one. The wide spacing between slats can cause the mattress to sag or even fall through, making it unwearable. To remedy this, I had to place thick plywood over the slats, essentially turning it into a platform bed. Ultimately, the intended functionality fell short, and I found it more practical to forgo using the bedframe altogether.

Petra, the bird with over 44,[redacted] subscribers, is facing issues with her first-generation Amazon Echo after a recent update. The device is now obsolete for internet connection, affecting Petra's ability to play her favorite song "Rockin Robin" and control her Hue Hub via Alexa commands. Although there is an option to subscribe to Amazon Music Unlimited for $3.99, Petra's owners prefer using Pandora. Despite attempts to troubleshoot by reinstalling apps and re-linking accounts, the connection issues persist. The problem seems to be on Amazon's end, as everything works fine with the Hue Hub. Petra can be supported by visiting her popular video on YouTube and her official Facebook page, or by sending mail to her P.O. box in Kansas City, MO.

I received my Joyway Bidet faucet in chrome, but unfortunately, it did not include the necessary pop-up drain valve assembly. The advertisement did not mention this crucial piece, and now I am unable to install it. I paid $69.99 for it with free shipping. I would like to return it and exchange it for a Hansgrohe chrome single hole bidet faucet, which clearly states that it comes with the pop-up drain assembly. The Hansgrohe faucet is priced around $91 with free shipping. I believe Amazon or Joyway should cover the slight price difference due to the non-disclosure of this important detail. I am seeking information on returns as I am experiencing poor customer service over the phone. The first representative appeared to be falling asleep, and the next one in the Kindle department was rude and unable to assist with general questions. After multiple calls, a representative mentioned a supervisor but the call got disconnected. On another call, the representative couldn't hear me properly. Working in customer service myself, I can recognize when assistance is lacking. This experience is disappointing as I have always had good service from Amazon. I am facing issues with returning an item. I reside in a retirement community and entrusted the front desk to pass on the package to UPS for collection. UPS tried to pick up the item the next day but could not find it. They left a return label, as per my inquiry with UPS. This incident occurred on Mar. 28/29. The front desk now states they do not have the return label needed for me to schedule another pickup or drop off the package at a UPS spot. They maintain that the matter should be resolved through Amazon, but I cannot find any guidance on your website for this specific situation. What should I do now?

I bought a Kindle Paperwhite in November [redacted]. Recently, I've been encountering an error message on my device that says: Power Please choose from the following options: CANCEL RESTART SCREEN OFF When this happened, my battery was at 67 percent. The first time, I selected 'cancel' which caused a restart and made me lose my reading place. The second time, I chose 'screen off' and then powered on again to return to where I left off. I'm unsure why this is happening. Could my device be defective?
