The issue in GetHuman-barrykoz's own words
an item was lost in transit and after waiting * days after delivery date I contacted you via chat. I was given the choice of refund or gift card. neither was a good choice because I still want the item. my complaint is that I have to wait *-* days for the refund to show in my bank instead of immediately being put towards the reorder thus this $*** item is costing me $*** until the refund shows up. not good service. it's on you that it was lost and should not put the customer out more than having to wait another shipping period. thanks Barry Koslow prime member**p.s.
