My name is Charles Mitchell Graham. I ordered an Audio-Technica turntable (£***) and it was dispatched on *th February. The delivery was duplicated and I received Two turntables on **th February. The following day I returned the duplicate delivery and return was acknowledged on **st February.*Your website clearly indicated that a refund would be made where an item was returned but this has not yet happened. Today i checked my account and no refund has been received. The order number was ***-*******-******* *As this was your mistake (already acknowledged) and not mine I am expecting a full refuudwithin the next ** days, otherwise, I will cease to do any further business with you until this is satisfactorily sorted, and will have to ascertain what further steps can be taken, in law if necessary, to recover my £***.
