Hi, * I am very disappointed with the item. Received item today and very disgusting. It is bitten by rat and cover opened. I want this to be taken back immediately and want a replacement immediately. Have attached the images. * Secondly I ordered a Milton Lunch hot box four container and what I received in the box was * USED plastic container but not the lunch box. I don't know really, what is happening in amazon. I have already requested for replacement last week. * Another issue, I have ordered *Tata Sky HD Set Top Box on **st and I was repeatedly getting email yesterday from amazon to give a contact number who can speak English, I have given it and no one has contacted yet and I was supposed to get it on **th but still waiting. I have received the following email before * hours and they have not even contacted the number I have provided and now stating the person didn't know English, hence cancelling the order, what is going on. *message from the Amazon Seller - Best DTH Service*Order ID: ***-*******-*******:****ASIN*Product Name***B**MXC*J*Y*Tata Sky HD Set Top Box *Electronics**Message:*Dear Buyer,*We tried calling you on the given number on which the person knows only Tamil language because of which we are unable to process your order. Hence we are cancelling your order and issue the refund.*Regards, *Please do the needful immediately and I will not recommend anyone to amazon, very bad service.
