I purchased a desk computer on *th march **** bearing number ***R of zebronics make. Due to some health issues i was unable tocheck the product. Last evening when i connected my computer and switched it on. And to my surprise i saw the cpuworking perfectly but the monitor was black. I spoke to zebronics service centre here in kolkatta and. They refused to help me as they said the assembled product is not guaranteed and hence they will not send an engineer but said the problemis with mother board. Hence i want my money back as the product is not working. Though your return policy is ** days from date of purchase but as i was not well i could not check. *Could you please arrangefor an engineer or return the product*Thanks *Alok chatterjee
