This is in regards to Order *: ***-*******-*******, a thermal cut-off kit for a dryer. I received a message telling me that my refund has been reversed and I am being charged for the product as it has not been received by you. However, I sent this product off with the dryer heating element the very same day with UPS coming by to pick them up. Furthermore, the order is being displayed as 'Return in transit', so whatever the problem may be in the return of this product, it is not on my end and I do not see why I have to be charged for it when it is clearly no longer in my possession and I did everything appropriately in returning it. I would like to have this matter resolved quickly as this is not the kind of service I expect from Amazon. Thank you.
