I can't log in ... YOU CHANGED MY ADDRESS AND PASSWORD ON MY ACCOUNT AGAIN WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME AND I CAN'T GET IN IT! I WOULD LIKE YOU TO RETURN IT THE WAY IT WAS! THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE AND I CHANGED MY PASSWORD! YOU SAID IT WOULDN'T HAPPEN AGAIN! WHAT CAN WE DO SO IT DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN? PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE!
It happened before
Retuning it to the way it was and not let it happen again
For many years, don't know how many
When it was returned to my Email address, I changed my password
I have an issue with Amazon too

You did not fix this problem and I am waiting. You said I didn't indicate what Amazon should do to make this right, I said to return the account to the address it was!
