I subscribe to Frontier internet service, which I use to access various TV services (I also have an antenna for live TV broadcasts). I am an Amazon Prime member, which is where I access most of my TV. I am fully paid up as of each summer, and I pay for HBO and Acorn through Amazon Prime, but on a monthly basis. Suddenly, my Amazon Prime has gone away. When I click it on the menu bar at the bottom of the screen, rather than taking me to Prime, the entire menu bar disappears, and I am back on live TV. On the other hand, I can access every one of the other TV services from the menu, including all the ones I don't subscribe to, which want me to join, offer a trailer, etc. I called Frontier and they said, "This is an Amazon problem."
