I ordered "Hawaiian Gold Kona Blend Whole Bean Coffee * Lb*on March **, **** and just received the box this morning ** Mar **** at **:**...inside a box with *-** Pack * fl oz Bottles of Boost Original Complete Nutritional Drink**My *lb bag of KONA coffee bag had been opened at both ends and the coffee beabs, what's left after falling out of the box, is loose inside the box and there is a trail of beans from the road to the place on the front porch where the person left the boxes.**I want a replacement *lb bag of Hawaiian Gold Kona Blend Whole Bean Coffee * Lb, because I'm afraid this coffee that's loose in the box may have been contaminated and I refuse to use it.**Meantime I don't have the coffee I ordered!

Call *-***-***-**** I complained immediately upon the automatic question of, "How can we help...? and I was transferred to an actual human being. *All taken care of in less than ** minutes.*I am waiting for the refund they said would take * days. I will keep up!
