Sir, Greetings. I am Dr. Rukmini Pouring. I am regular customer of Amazon service since * years. On **th of February Amazon service delivered me a mobile phone Model Lenovo K * Note, Silver as I bought it. It is out of order and it is not working since I bought it. There is no display and there in no charging. A mobile phone repair technician came from Amazon service yesterday evening after * PM and checked my phone as I complained to Amazon service. He checked the mobile and he said it is out of order and it has to be returned to Amazon service back. The set is with me right now. I want to return the set to Amazon service and want them to send the amount back into my account as I purchased it with my debit card. So, please inform the Amazon service immediately to arrange a carrier service personnel to collect my mobile within ** or ** hours. After that let Amazon service refund my amount into my bank account ICICI bank, immediately otherwise I will be at loss. Please help me and do the need full.
