I purchased a Denon a*v receiver last year from (through?) Amazon, which I failed to register (bummer). It is not working properly and I need to request service from Denon. On the phone their message is that I need a sales receipt, etc., which I also do not have.*I looked on Amazon for the particular item, but have not found it, even though I purchased it from Amazon. Can you help me with any kind of paperwork verifying the purchase of the item, as well as the price and date of the purchase. *Thank you*Brigitte Piper
