I am extremely dissatisfied with one of the last orders I placed. Your service left a lot to be desired.*First, I did not receive my prime order on the day it was supposed to arrive, Sunday February **th. The order was for a Stranger Things book. However, what irked me most was that the next day I received an email stating that there was an attempt to deliver my order and they did not want to leave it unattended. This email was received on Monday during the **am hour. This was a complete lie as I was home. Nobody rang the doorbell. There were people working on our basement and coming in and out PLUS we have a Ring doorbell and there was no evidence of anybody being here except the basement people. In addition, you usually do not even deliver that early to our neighborhood. And you always leave the packages unattended regardless of value. Many LIES here. I had seen that the package had arrived at the Hazelwood facility that Saturday night. Therefore, I called and asked for it to be delivered on Monday. They stated the package was lost and the email I received was generated in error, another two lies.*They stated that they would place an order and the book would be delivered by the next day. This actually happened. I also got a $** credit. However, I received a second copy, proof that the first one was not lost.*Today, I receive another email stating to return the first one. I am fine with returning it as long as I don't have to pay for it. Will see what happens when I take it to get returned.*However, the issue I have is that you told me that it was lost. But the email says: "as communicated with you when we issued the replacement, the original items need to be returned to avoid any charges".*I am sooooo upset at yet another lie. This was not communicated to me at all, as I was told that the item was lost in transit. However, you are telling me now that you told me to return it when I was not even supposed to receive it. And then to put it back on me and tell me that you are going to charge me if I don't return it by a certain day. *It is utterly ridiculous that you keep lying. The one thing that I teach my children is not to lie and I keep getting lie after lie from you. You should be ashamed. *I will return the book as it is not my property and not rightfully mine to keep. But STOP LYING.*Please, don't send me an apology just show more integrity next time there is an issue. Not just with me but with all your customers.*Isabel Holtzman
