I used a pre paid credit card to buy something and now my account is locked. They are asking for a statement but I don't have one as it was a pre paid currency card. I have audible connected to amazon and now I cant download any books and it's stopped my subscription.**I have called and spoken to you and was told I have to email the statement but I don't have one. I need to find a way to resolve this without sending a statement in.
