I have filed a complaint with the A to Z and was told my claim was not approved. They have not given me a reason as to why it was not approved so now I am looking for some other way to solve this problem. I am so frustrated with this whole process First I did not have this but a few day, Second serial and model number was written in a sharpie, Third it did not work.*I recieved the product on January **, **** it took a few days to get it unboxed because we need the right place with having three boys around. So we finally unboxed the product and had red flags just from seeing the serial and model number written in with a sharpie pen which I did not know if it was stolen, refurbished, new, or something else. But we decided to go ahead and set the product up we followed the directions on setting it up. when we tried to use the product was getting a message saying that it was not hooked up to the USB port. so we checked all the ports on the computer to make sure they were in working order and it was, so then we uninstalled the said program that went with the product and reinstalled still did not work. *so after this I contacted the seller January **, **** and recieved a response to send pictures of the problem with the product so we took pictures and sent them to the number provided ***-***-****. So after a few days of not hearing from them I contacted them again and they told me to send pictures and*or video so sent pictures again. Still did not hear from them what I was wanting was shipping labels to send the product back to them for a refund. They would not help me. *So then I contacted the A to Z team to find some kind of resolution told them what was going on and filed a claim. After I filed a claim with amazon the seller sent me several e-mails wanting me to canceled my claim, then when I canceled my claim they would send me labels to sent the product back, at this point I no longer trusted this company to do the right thing.*No I am being told that my claim was denied and I really dont understand this since I did not even have this product for even a week before I started trying to send it back for a refund because it was defective. So now I feel like I am getting the run around from Mophorn and Amazon which isn't a good feeling. I would like my ***.** dollars back why should I have to pay for a broken machine or pay to return it when I was never able to use it. I do have pictures and Amazon has all the messages back and forth between the seller and amazon, I have also call A to Z on numerous accounts.
